went check out his soft opening today i got there before he opened up i would of been the 6th person in line but, i didn't want to be rude i waited for my friend to get there. i ended up being the 20th lol but its ok though it was moving fast it was worth the wait. I have had his food several times but my friend and his wife never had it before and they fell in love with it we are going back but we will be eating there. the workers were fast, efficent, and the customer service was top tier they were really attentive. one thing that caught my eye was the aesthetics it was beautiful very welcoming. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GER YOU ARE DOING AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB THATS SAC FOODS LEGEND RIGHT THERE!!

Great ribs and Hmong sausage. Lovely service! Simple location for pick up. Surely coming back and spreading the word.

Okay, so we ordered from Ger at work and man... it did not disappoint. I ordered the smoked pork belly with Hmong sausage, one coworker got the fried chicken and pork belly, and another got a huge plate loaded with goodies. Let me tell you -- the portion sizes are CRAZY. Everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly, but that crack sauce? Impeccable. I'm literally drooling just thinking about it lol. On top of the food being amazing, he was super responsive and respectful throughout the whole process. I honestly can't wait to order again and will probably be reaching out to him for catering in the future!

I've been a fan of Sactown Hmong BBQ ever since I tasted the BBQ "Fall of the Bone" ribs, smoked pork belly, Hmong sausage and the HOT SAUCE! So, today I had the Special Hot Pastrami Sandwich... OMG!!!! Off the hook Fire, moist, tender with a slight smoky yumminess! One of the BEST pastrami sandwiches I've had in a LONG TIME! Everyone in the office was enjoying their sandwich and enjoyed every bite.. If you live Sactown Hmong BBQ, you're gonna LOVE the Pastrami sandwich... I can't wait for my NEXT one!

HNY combo with the best chili dip ever!

Omg!!! I'm from the Bay Area. And if you know anything about the Bay Area, especially Oakland, they…read morehave the best taco trucks of all time! So I'm always skeptical when I try new taco truck if it's not in the bay. What I do is order one taco and that's all. I want to see the quality of meat that they have. After I devoured it, I ordered a super burrito. So you already know it was fire. I'm not gonna lie that was one of the best burritos I've ever had. I got Carne. So juicy. I don't care for the tortillas that are not grilled on the outside. I got my burrito home, and opening up the burrito felt like unveiling a culinary masterpiece! It was beautifully brown on the outside. Not to mention it was freaking humongous. As you will see from the pictures below. I used a cup of noodles so you could gauge how big it is. That burrito was two meals for me. I would've paid $20 for that burrito, it's super affordable. I've never experienced re-warming a burrito with avocado, and it not tasting completely disgusting. I was completely amazed when I put it in the microwave and it actually tasted just like when I first got it. They must have some special secret recipe to keep the avocados from tasting discussing after they are reheated. Obviously I'm just joking. I don't know how they did it. I believe the young lady's name at the counter was Vicky, she was super sweet and so friendly to me. But sometimes I don't get to experience that because I'm not Spanish-speaking. Unfortunately, a lot of workers at taco trucks treat you different if you're not Latino. Thank you so much I will be back!

The woman taking the orders wasn't the friendliest, but the food was good! Pros: The orders of fries were HUGE and for a very reasonable price. We definitely would have been okay with just ordering one meal. The birria and asada were both very good, well seasoned. Both of our orders of fries were delicious. The cons: We arrived around 3pm (they close at 6) & they were already sold out of a lot of their meats. We were told that it would be a 20-25 min wait, which we expected because the line was so long, but ended up waiting closer to 40 mins. As soon as we got our food, they closed? Which is super odd, their hours are very inconsistent as we had planned on stopping by other days & they were already closed or gone!

We ordered the Cowboy burger, Swiss mushroom burger and the loaded tri tip nachos. Food was ready in about 15 minutes and considering they were a tad busy, that wasn't too bad of a wait time. I was amazed with the size of the regular loaded nachos, it was huge! Both burgers were of decent size as well. The patties were seasoned well and super juicy. But the star of the food was by far those tri tip nachos. Big chunks of tender tri tip, sweet and tangy bbq sauce and loaded with jalapeños. Overall, I'd say Sac food influencers got this one right, it was worth the hype. Give Richeese a follow on IG to see where to locate their truck and give them a try!

It is not the standard boring white. The design let's you know what they serve, but still comes through as artistic and not cartoony. The person taking the order was polite and professional especially since he was in a cramped food truck in 97 degree weather! He had the same chill and personable interaction with everyone. I ordered the regular burger without cheese. The burger looked amazing when it came out. It was cooked perfectly and the veggies stacked nicely. However, something happened in the quantum realm and my burger started falling apart after the first bite. The flavor was great, but it was too hard to eat.
