He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy. Emailed me my invoice which was easy to follow along to pay for my deposit and the remaining balance. I was so happy with the results that I went back a second time for more polos to be made and once again he didn't disappoint; he delivered! I'm for sure going to be a repeat customer. Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. I opted to buy my own tailor fit scrubs; I just needed to find an embroiderer that has my hospital's logo on file. Arteez did a great job of catering to my needs. They had the dignity health logo on file already (as well as many other businesses--check with them to see if they have what you need). They're also able to create designs if you wish. The owner Johanna did a wonderful job with my scrubs, the embroidery was priced much cheaper than most other embroiderers in the area, and the turnaround was extremely quick. The quality is perfect. It looks no different than the ones issued by my work. In fact, it looks better! I'm extremely surprised that there are no reviews for Arteez, because they look extremely busy inside (despite finishing my job quickly). But I suppose it makes sense. Their average customers are most likely schools and businesses, and not many schools and businesses have a Yelp account where they go around posting reviews of boba and ramen joints. I highly recommend Arteez. I've been coming here for years and I imagine I'll be returning for years to come.
