Regarding the time of my call, I called you in normal business hours in pacific time, and you are in Hawaii that I did not know previously, you are blaming me calling early? You are a very inereting person. I did not scream at your employee, and you need to stop accusing me for things I did not do. Like I said previously, you kept lying and I already posted the proof. Stop drafting stories. If you have proof, post it here and prove it like what I did. Otherwise, you need to realize you are an adult and you should be responsible for what you said. In addition, if that is the best your employee can do, including all the dirty places I exhibited in the photos here, then this is the level of service you are providing. Quite incompetent, is it?

They went above and beyond and did an excellent job cleaning. My house was in very bad shape since I am disabled and cannot do much, so the dust and grime has built up, but they tackled it and were extremely detailed! They even cleaned a few things that were not asked of them which I was very grateful for. I even had a few special requests because I have birds, so I required the use of a few non-toxic, pet-safe cleaners, which they gladly used instead of their own customary products. All of the communication with them has been timely, professional, and they send out reminders as well. I'm so glad I found them and will keep on utilizing their services!

They were hired to do a move out cleaning and did an absolutely horrible job. The toilets were not cleaned, the floors not mopped, blinds still dirty, cabinets were not wiped, the bathtub still moldy with their cleaning spray left on it. I was not at home at the time of the cleaning so couldn't inspect the work before I paid them - big mistake! I contacted the company multiple times and even sent pictures with zero response. She was very responsive until after the payment. Avoid this company at all costs! All of this that you are now mentioning after the fact was never communicated during the cleaning. All of this would have been fine had you just communicated with me. Your lack of responses to my messages was unprofessional, especially when I sent them multiple times. Tried calling, phone doesn't work. Tried messaging, you don't respond. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.
