Split unit has a crimp in the copper line which now faults after running 30-45 minutes. Toe kick heaters never turn on due to the way they ran the lines to them. Would not recommend and would recommend everyone to stay away from them.

I spoke with Carolyn the owner, and she declined our business. She stated that she was not paid by another subcontractor of the cable company in the past, and now she wasn't taking any business from any subcontractors of the cable company. So I am not one to leave reviews unless its outstanding service or absuletly horrible service well…read morehorrible service is the ticket starting with number 1 appointment was for 6 pm today when 6 rolled around no call no text nothing I texted the guy hey when are you going to be here he said be there in 30 showed up got started didn't know how to install the most common heating oil filter that comes right off the tank number 2 after everything was completed and he was about to do the combustion test I told the guy oil is leaking he looked at it checked a few things and said well its comming from the middle we didn't touch anything over there I told him we'll nothing was leaking when he got here and he performed the maintenance and now it is leaking so something he did caused it to start leaking then he started getting an attitude with me and I gave it right back to him so not very professional at all than after going back and forth with him he finally removed some piece and checked his work again low and behold he didn't tighten down a screw he tightened the screw put everything back together and finally it wasn't leaking and slightly before all of this thr combustion test now its not totally his fault technology screwed up but the very important information for the next guy to do maintenance on your boiler needs what ever information is on the combustion test which his printer wasn't working so not his fault but still didn't get the Information the nest guy will need and finally after everything was all said and done he was cleaning up his tools and grabbed the bucket with approximately 2 gallons worth of heating oil in the 5 gallon bucket which he wasted by not turning off the oil he than proceeded to ask me can I leave this here or can I dump it outside somewhere ummmmmmm...... no you can't leave it here and no you can't dump it out in my yard I have 2 dogs and a 3 year old running around no you can't dispose of the heating oil in my yard I told him there is a parking lot up the road dump it there but that's where he crossed the line he isn't okay with dumping on other people's property but the customer that is paying him that's okay tho absuletly horrible experience I will NEVER BE USEING THIS COMPANY AGAIN im located in white haven to beware DONT USE THEM
