I went back to Flooring at Home Depot Honesdale and Tim, Inga, and Tom we're amazing at helping me get a replacement hardwood floor that was delivered in time for installation but the flooring was not good so we had to return it for a different floor that was perfect. Santina, Jennings and Lynn at customer service were all great in this whole process in addition to Tom, Tim and Inga. Some projects go smoothly but when they don't you really appreciate the people who help you get the project back on track. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everyone that helped me through this whole process!! They are Great, Friendly, and Amazing and they all deserve a big raise from Home Depot. I have been to many Home Depot's for many years and the staff at Honesdale are the BEST.

(I had asked for a level 1. Diagnostic/cleaning) He also noted that the cement on the firebox floor was crumbling and fixed it with fire proof epoxy for no extra charge and then climbed up to the roof where he noted flashing installed incorrectly and replaced it. Stay away from this company !!…read more When our heating system wasn't working. They came out to fix it. It took them several visits and technicians to find the problem. Then it took them weeks to get the parts. They charged us for each visit!! They never came out for the AC maintenance. TE Spall plumber who was fixing a Leak turned off the water to the geothermal unit for two days. that melted a part of the AC Now they want to sell us a new AC SYSTEM PS - the Ac and heat maintenance has never happened All along they charged our credit card and didn't give us service.

The phone was answered. The price was quoted immediately we picked a day, I gave him the code to my lockbox, the guys came and did my pain in the butt, tall cathedral windows. They did it for exactly the price quoted, which I don't know how he made any money, but he knows the business. I called to thank him profusely; it's funny how small things like sparkling clean windows can just put you in a great mood. He mentioned that my contractor that built the place, who weren't that great, got paint all over the windows. Color me shocked. It was a pure nightmare, working with everyone on this project except for Dan Wagner Window's. And he wasn't officially even on the project.
