I am so grateful for their quick response and for getting the issue resolved! It was pretty stressful not having electricity in half the house. Diego is great! This unfortunately was not the case with this larger project....paint, new flooring and backsplash and installation of medicine cabinets, lighting and toilet. I provided all materials which I purchased prior to the start of my project which ended up being the first week of January due to the holidays. My biggest problem with Diego was communication. I was never kept updated on delays to workers or himself showing up when promised and always felt that my job was put on the back burner for other customers with larger jobs. The tile man, Jeremy was amazing. He had my floor and backsplash done in a day and a half which included a backsplash in my guest bathroom and the work was beautiful. And then I waited and waited and waited. The painter, Jeff, not so good. He didn't take off any light covers, door pulls or tape anything off. Consequently I had a lot of cleanup as there was paint on many hinges, my shower surround next to the door moulding, the switch covers and door pulls and splatters on my new floor tile. Sloppy and unprofessional work. I talked to Diego and sent pictures on February 5th. He promised to come out in a week as he had become a new father but that's the last I've heard from him and it's the end of March. Diego is very friendly and fun to talk to and he himself does meticulous work. It's the other aspects of his business that definitely need work.
