A very nice technician showed up within a couple of hours, did I mention it was Sunday! He had my ac back up and running in no time. He replaced a bad part checked the entire system and was done. I was worried it would be something expensive or a big upsell type situation Since I wasn't being reimbursed, but he was able to get it working within 30 mins! I'm not gonna say how much but let's just say I felt inclined to leave him a little holiday gratuity for the more than fair price and professional service, he even wore booties! I wish my property manager would start using Ultimate Comfort Solutions instead, the other service guy that would come just seemed to play on his phone and leave a huge mess for us to clean up tracking mud and who knows what all over our house, he didn't even want to take his shoes off , gross!

We called him among many other A/C companies to inspect the A/C and furnace of the new home we were in escrow to purchase in Yuba City. He called us right back within minutes and agreed to come out the next day to inspect the system for the lowest price of 4 different companies! We had a different company to inspect initially who said that the furnace was cracked and that a part needed to be replaced in the outdoor A/C unit which meant we needed request a whole new HVAC system for our soon-to-be home. We were so worried about the findings of this initial inspection that we wanted a second opinion. So glad we found Matt to ease our worries! He was so diligent and meticulous with his inspection; he preformed multiple valid and accurate tests on the A/C and furnace and determined that the system was completely fine and in working order and in no need of replacement or repair! What a relief! It was clear that he was not in the business to sell us a new system, unlike the first inspector! Not only that, he was so honest, professional, kind, supportive, and friendly. He even found and reported a cracked support in the attic that no one out of the 4 different companies who went up there reported. Talk about amazing customer service! We were able to close on our house because of his inspection! We will forever be grateful for his help and our relator found her new go-to HVAC professional! We were so impressed by his level of knowledge, service, and care that we will be using him for all of our HVAC needs for our new home moving forward and recommending him to anyone and everyone we know with an HVAC! You know you are in such good hands with Matt just talking to him alone, but it is also such an amazing feeling to know that you are getting the highest quality service while supporting a 3rd generation HVAC professional who started learning this trade as child from his Dad who had been taught by his Dad (Matt's grandpa), passing on their valuable knowledge and expertise. Incredible! Couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Matt to anyone and everyone!

Supposedly came out one time with "the wrong part." Another time no called, no showed. We called to have his wife tell us "he drank nyquil instead of dayquil." Seriously? He came out one time to give us a quote that was missing soooooo much info. So glad I listened to my gut and got bids from 2 other guys who noted all kinds of things wrong with it that were very obvious. He also failed to mention we had to pay $150 for him to come out for this worthless bid. He did mention he tries to book as many appointments in my area on one day so I'm sure he's charging everyone the $150 and doesn't care about actually fixing anything. I would not recommend this company nor would I recommend Fidelity Home Mortgage. What a horrible experience.
