Luckily it arrived only 2 days later. The guys who brought it in were very nice and efficient. They placed it in our bedroom and cleaned up after themselves. One of the shelves was damaged on arrival. I was able to call to the store and the whole drawer was replaced a few days later. It took two tries to get the right one, since the first one was the wrong color.

As previous customers @ other locations, this was our 1st time @ the Cleveland store, & we actually went 2 sep. times for recliners & then bedroom furn. on another trip. Without going into the long story of the MANY issues that happened over the last 3-4 mos-particularly with the 2nd purchase-we are now BEYOND disappointed. While Becky & her staff have always remained very nice, WE were forced to *constantly* call for professional explanations, follow-through, follow-up, & resolution for THEIR mistakes, poor communication, & un-kept promises. Call us old-school, but we believe that a *customer* should not have to go to such lengths for decent service-especially when spending so much $. So much for promised "discounts" and recompense -from a company that made multiple mistakes, and then responded with poor service & mgmt. We will never go back.
