Refund was issued for the original in store pick up. However when the new rotors were rang up Kyle didn't apply my 15% discount that I used online. When I asked him to apply the same discount he refused saying the store has to deal with online issues such as mine and he couldn't not honor the same discount. I even showed him on my phone I could buy now and return in 30 minutes and would get the discount. I told Kyle that if he could help me while I was in store then I wouldn't shop here anymore. You can bet your ass I'll NOT be doing business with any Walmart Tire Center ever again. I'll just pay more at some other place owned by locals and support them from now on. After all the lies and side talking we went to a tiny Mexican Tire shop about a mile away with old tire balancers and he had no problems at all doing it. So we bought 4 new tires for our Nissan from him. I even gave him a nice tip since he stayed open just to serve us. THAT'S customer service!!! My 35's are balanced perfectly and I have no problems making sure the Mexican Tire shop at War Hill and Hwy 53 continu to get our busines! Do NOT buy Walmart tires they are dishonest. DISAPPOINTED! Buyer beware of HUGE markups on parts (up to 200%), opting for aftermarket parts…read morethat almost fit and Regional Management uninterested in customer service! (Kudos to Marshall and Wayne for trying!) We trusted this Express Oil location with oil changes and repairs since 2021. Unfortunately, a major repair in March 2025 revealed very serious issues. The shop installed aftermarket rear strut assemblies. Afterward, Honda performed an alignment and found the rear camber at -2.2° and -1.9°, outside factory specifications. Rear camber on this vehicle is not adjustable, so the geometry should fall within spec if the correct parts are used. Express Oil insists the parts are correct, even though the car cannot be aligned properly and now requires additional repair. Managers tried to reason with Regional Manager, but they declined replacing the part. The Managers are not allowed to provide Regional Manager contact information, so further communication must go through corporate. This same shop previously damaged the vehicle's oil-pan threads over time and a self-tapping screw was needed. Store managers, Marshall and Wayne, were polite and tried to help, but corporate policy blocked any real resolution. Because of this experience and the alignment results, I no longer trust their mechanical work. I recommend caution when having major repairs done here and suggest confirming all parts with the dealer before approving service. SO FRUSTRATED!
