Horrible. Terrible. Gross. Disgusting. I selected this…read moremotel because they take pets. Not a single amenity. No toiletries. No coffee maker. Not even a few paper cups to get a drink of water. The rooms are beyond filthy. Went to take a shower and the towels were stained and threadbare. No hot water to shower. Called the front desk who told me to run the water for 10 minutes or so to get hot water. Called back after about 20 minutes and said I needed to shower, so I had to pack up my room at 11 pm and move to an even dirtier room. Do not stay. My worst stay at a motel ever.

They said my three bed non-smoking room had black mold and was unavailable and they offered me a 2 bed smoking room in exchange. I declined and was told I would get a refund. I then called and an agent called the number they had on file while I was on hold. Got denied again. I called and spoke to someone (I don't believe he was actually at the location) and he said no problem have them call back and he will approve it. I did that again while waiting on hold and claim denied again. Tried a refund through Paypal and denied again. My Google map's history shows I was only on property for 12 mins. They don't have a copy of my Drivers license (like every place gets when you check in) I booked another room 1/2 mile down the road for the same time frame while sitting in their parking lot. And a police officer followed me to the next motel and stopped me to make sure I wasn't part of the things going on at this place he was investigating. $235 and hours of time gone

My Grandfather was the Richardson County Sheriff back in the 1920's and the desk clerk I met in 1984 remembered him from when he was a kid. Will always remember that. The room was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. Falls City is a Great town- small town USA in the very best sense. Can't wait to go back!
