I called beartooth pest control and they were able to easily access the wasp nest from inside the house without any ladders or equipment. They were in and out, job done in 10 minutes. I am leaving a negative review because they never bothered to call me, or actually look at the nest. Armstrong disrespected my time by hanging me on all day and essentially no showing me.

Finally, I gave up and called around to find an exterminator. Most were booked up solid for a week and some told me things that were not accurate. I called Action. My call was answered by an answering service who assured me that my call would be returned promptly. Less than 30 minutes later, Eric called and listened while I described the situation. He stated he could come by the following day at 3 pm and was confident that he could fix the problem but that a second treatment might be necessary. He said the second treatment would happen at no charge if it's needed. The next day, Eric sent a text message at 2:30 and stated he would arrive by 3 pm. He arrived at 2:55. He quickly got to work. Less than an hour later, he was finished. His fee was more than reasonable, especially since I gave such short notice. He was pleasant, honest and a great communicator, keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend Action Pest Control for any of your exterminator needs. I will personally be calling him sooner than later if I have a similar problem later on down the road. I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience, especially since I'd already had to deal with such a mess. (I was stung a few weeks before and suffered a horrible reaction that lasted 3 weeks, pain, swelling, misery).
