Although our insurance company responded quickly to review our claim with their contract adjusters, it was up to us to find a repair contractor. We had the genuine pleasure of interviewing and later working with a great family owned and operated construction company named BuiltWright Homes. During their own estimate of the damage to our home and shop, they not only confirmed the original damage, they found (and showed us) additional damage missed by the original insurance adjuster. We had initial difficulty working with our insurance and mortgage company's bureaucracy. Fortunately for us, BuiltWright Homes is extremely familiar with insurance and mortgage company requirements including a desire for photographs of additional damage. Kolin Cash took over that paper work nightmare and started working electronically via email (including photos) with the insurance and mortgage company and virtually erased our lack of understanding of the insurance and mortgage company requirements. Kolin, Chad (and their family) were true professional representatives not only of their company but also of the construction industry in general. The entire Wright family and their supporting construction staff treated us with outstanding respect and always met our personal needs throughout the entire process of repairs. I don't believe I could have found any better (or family oriented) company to repair my home. I highly recommend BuiltWright Homes. They are a 5-Star company.

I had it done about 4 or 5 years ago and never really saw a big difference. He discovered that the main duct was blocked so did not get cleaned last time. He cut a hole and cleaned it out, then patched the hole with screws that can be taken out next time we need them cleaned in 7 or 8 years. We could not be happier. He said the vents that were cleaned 4 or 5 years ago were pretty clean, the problem was in the blocked vents. I used to have to dust every single day, now I can go 3-4 days without noticing much dust where it used to be thick every morning. I highly recommend COMET AIR DUCT CLEANING! They have cameras that show before and after cleaning and they give you a copy at the end. They also disinfect the vents they clean. Because Park County Wyoming is limited in contractors so they jacked up prices to make cash. Tech got my wife, who didn't know any better, to sign off on work that was way overpriced. $450 dollars for 20 minutes of work and 20 minutes of the tech trying to get us to spend more $$$$. Cleaning service we didn't need, replace brand new filters and on and on. I worked as an HVAC helper and helped with these issues and KNOW it's BS. They wanted $110 to clean the condenser, this can be done in 5 min with a leaf blower from inside out. $100+ for furnace maint? 5 min of vacuuming and 2 min to clean a flame sensor with a dollar bill. Replace air filters? Any hardware store has them, doesn't matter if it's by the furnace or in rooms. Takes minutes to complete. You can get more out of YouTube than what these people will make you pay. I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't let them cheat you for OVERPRICED parts and unnecessary services.

I based my initial scheduling with them on reviews of customers happy with their work. It is extremely important that customer service in scheduling is competently done. This my first ever review I've written. So unfortunately well earned for my negative experience. Admit fault, work on problem resolution. Plenty of opportunity was given to do these two things.
