I had it done about 4 or 5 years ago and never really saw a big difference. He discovered that the main duct was blocked so did not get cleaned last time. He cut a hole and cleaned it out, then patched the hole with screws that can be taken out next time we need them cleaned in 7 or 8 years. We could not be happier. He said the vents that were cleaned 4 or 5 years ago were pretty clean, the problem was in the blocked vents. I used to have to dust every single day, now I can go 3-4 days without noticing much dust where it used to be thick every morning. I highly recommend COMET AIR DUCT CLEANING!
