BEWARE. Contacting Joe Miskabi turned out to be a mistake…read more When initially speaking to Mr. Miskabi, I explained to him that I had a real estate case that two law firms had underperformed in. But the good news was that the case was in default. Mr. Miskabi said he was interested and we scheduled a time to discuss. I made him a priority due to that fact, only for him to turn around and tell me that he didn't want to take on a case with previous representation. I politely expressed to Mr. Miskabi that I told him prior about the other law firms and just wished he wouldn't have had scheduled a meeting and wasted both our time. That's when Mr. Miskabi became angry and showed his true colors. He raised his voice yelling, "I'm not going to argue with you!!!"
