Established in 2009.
Tojarieh Law Firm, PC was founded by Joseph Tojarieh in 2009 to redefine the way clients receive legal representation. Mr. Tojarieh heard countless stories of lawyers who neglected their own clients or were simply apathetic to the cases they accepted. Mr. Tojarieh vowed to change that. Meet the Business Owner: Joseph T.
Joseph Tojarieh received his undergraduate degree in 2006 from UCLA, where he graduated summa cum laude (top 5%) from the university's prestigious Honor's College.
In 2009, he received his law degree at the age of 23 from Loyola Law School, where he served as the Note and Comment Editor on Loyola's International and Comparative Law Review. He was one of the youngest members of his graduating class.
Immediately after receiving his law license in 2009, he started his own law practice, focusing on plaintiffs' work, including labor and employment law matters. Since then, Mr. Tojarieh has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars list, a distinction received by only 2.5% of the attorneys in Southern California. He is currently admitted to practice in all California state courts, all U.S. district courts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
