I've been going here at the Fort Lee location for some time now and it was really bothering me that…read moreDr. Shin was very dismissive and distracted, to the point of even being rude at times. I finally asked to get switched to Dr. Kwon and I am so happy I was switched. Dr. Kwon is soooo kind and thorough with details. I had a kidney transplant and when I would go before to see Dr. Shin, I felt rushed and as though none of the major issues and changes were even being taken into consideration. it felt like she was just seeing me so she can fill a refill as quickly as possible. I cancelled twice because of transplant issues and she just said she's not gonna see me any more and I can book with a different provider. I told her I wasn't even trying to book with her, but she doesn't care. She has horrible bedside manner. Dr. Kwon on the other hand, checks every box and addresses the most minor detail. if you want a great and kind doctor, book for Dr. Kwon. if you want a doctor checking her texts during your appointment, I guess Dr. Shin will do. It would have been a 1 star review, but Dr. Kwon turned it into 4! I had to subtract the 1 for the horrible treatment from before. Lol.

Excellent annual visit with Dr. Nazila Biria at the Fort Lee office!…read more The facility is spotless and peaceful, and the check-in was seamless. I appreciated the convenience of getting my lab work done on-site. Dr. Biria is a fantastic PCP, and I highly recommend this group for their professionalism and efficiency.

This is the first and only review I have ever made in my entire life..... but Dr. Ahn deserves so…read moremuch recognition and credit for his talents and expertise I think he is the best ENT in the world. 10000000000000000000/10 Firstly though, OH MY F--KING G-D, honestly is this what breathing has been like for everyone?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I was recommended and referred to Dr. Jeffrey Ahn through my father after I told him about my sinus issues (for my whole life I could only breath from one nostril or not at all, constantly getting sinusitis every other week + I was on steroids for 1.5 years to reduce my nasal polyps - to no avail). My father, who had similar issues to me and had undergone 3 nasal surgeries with 3 different ENT's (prior to finding Dr. Ahn), told me that Dr. Ahn was the only doctor who was able to fix his problem once and for all, completely. My dad also told me to include his review: "Dr. Jeffrey Ahn is incredibly smart and has the strongest and highest (/higher than) mastery level understanding of otolaryngology. He is extremely well educated, and it shows in the quality of his care. HE CHANGED MY LIFE." My dad always talks about how Dr. Ahn changed his life (and mine too) - and he really did in such a dramatic way. My dad doesn't have sleep apnea or sinus issues anymore (since his surgery with Dr. Ahn 3 years ago), and subsequently that has made him much more awake, alert, and active during the day. Since his surgery, he has taken up running (he has never run before) and has a much better quality of life than he did before. That should all be accredited to Dr. Ahn. That being said, when I returned to New York, Dr. Ahn was the first person I went to go and see. From my full experience, I truly and strongly believe he is the best ENT in America (probably in the world). Like my dad, he has changed my life DRAMATICALLY. He has a great comprehension of sinus issues and will go into depth in analysing ALL the factors that contribute to your problem. For that reason, he TESTS FOR A LOT AND TRUST ME ITS F--KING WORTH IT. The whole process really really REALLY made me gain so much respect for him as a doctor, because he doesn't give a diagnosis without the evidence being there. He does not simply rely on his own skills (though I know he is definitely smart enough to be able to), and he will ask for the appropriate tests to confirm and get more information on your problem and understand how to get rid of it for the LONG TERM. Any diagnosis he makes will be very well informed, well researched, and concluded based on thorough test results that he will ask you for (I am sure it varies based on person/problem). Dr. Jeffrey Ahn is an expert and understands that everyone's case is different and requires customization as such (whether for immunotherapy or surgery). He will go through your test results with you line by line, explaining what everything is/means and answer any questions you may have. And, when he gathers and detects ALL your issues, he will provide a valid and thorough diagnosis of what was causing your problem (and why) and tell you what steps need to be taken to remedy the problem. Also, if what I wrote in the aforementioned paragraphs did not convince you then please judge him based on the staff he employs (his team). He has the best staff and nurses on planet Earth as part of his team - they are all so kind and HELPFUL. They go above and beyond and will even work with your insurance if necessary, so you don't go through too much of a headache. It is clear that he only employs smart and capable people who make every step of the process better for the patient. Seeing the girls who work at his Manhattan office is something I look forward to every Wednesday and I always leave with a smile on my face. They are honestly super great at their jobs and so efficient all around. Also, Gloria (the nurse who helped me pre- and post- operation in New Jersey) was so wonderful and informative. She explained the full procedure, answered all my questions, gave great advice on post-op care, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and held my hand + made me laugh/distracted me when I was getting anaesthesia (I was super anxious about it). She also called me the day after my procedure and the following day as well, to check up on my progress/see how I was feeling and to make sure I was doing okay. Gloria, if you're reading this - I didn't get a chance to say this but thank you so much for everything you did for me. I felt very cared for and it made my recovery experience much better. Lastly, Chad, the anaesthesiologist who put me to sleep pre-surgery was phenomenal. I was so anxious about the needle and he so calm and reassuring. He took all my stress and anxiety away - I didn't feel a thing and I went under in the most stress-free environment. Again, Chad if you are reading this - thank you so much for putting me down in the most pain-free way and taking care of me during the operation. You are awesome.

I subconsciously avoid doctor's visits as much as I can because they always seem to make me feel…read moreuncomfortable and unwelcome. With that being said, Dr. Wang's practice is truly a gem in Bergen County, NJ and I would highly recommend anyone who wants a caring, thorough, and professional doctor to see Dr. Wang. Though he speaks really fast, Dr. Wang is sincerely approachable and I felt comfortable explaining my concerns and asking him questions. He performed a thorough exam of my body, letting me know which issues I had and how to address them even through minor lifestyle changes. You can tell he has years of experience under his belt because he's able to diagnose your symptoms fairly quickly and he is cautious towards prescribing unnecessary medications. I personally value his holistic approach to medicine. I also appreciated that Dr. Wang called me with my lab results within 24 hours. Most doctors only call if there's something malignant. The office itself is the first floor of a house and it is maintained beautifully. Don't expect a cheery, lively atmosphere - this place is quiet but in the best calming manner. The receptionists/assistants are quick and professional.

He is a nice man but as a doctor I just find him very rushed and always ready with a new medication…read moreto give out, even for something he doesn't specialize in. He never lets patients finish a sentence. Another concern is his working staff. They always have a huge turnover quite frequently and with no consistency, management of files and prescriptions is subpar. It has happened way too many times where our pharmacy will call/fax a refill request and the people at the doctors office ignores them or puts them aside without getting it to the doctor. The receptionist is highly unprofessional. She told us on the phone, instead of coming in, to get an over the counter medicine for my dad instead. When my mom asked for a call back for an urgent matter, and she received no response for an hour, she called again. The receptionist told my mom she didn't tell him and we should get a response in 3 hours maybe. The staff there is the worst and very rude.
