I had (2) witness subpoenas served by The Opal Group here in New York City. They were incredibly…read moreprofessional, documented everything, and had excellent communication every step of the way -- from intake and understanding the project, to updates on service attempts, and calls to align on service or approval from you to serve at a specific time and day. One of the subpoenas was for a NYPD police officer at their precinct, and despite the officers behind the desk being less than friendly, the process server remained professional and carried out the job. The cost for their services was also an excellent value. I highly recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.

DO NOT HIRE. Was supposed to have service same day, rush. I asked twice to make sure that this was…read morepossible before even hiring the company and they canceled. I was told then the employee would be able to serve at business open, that was also canceled. When requesting responses it took ages for them to reply. They finally sent me a message stating that they served opposing party at the end of the day. I would absolutely not hire the service ever again. They are extremely unreliable and UNRESPONSIVE. When asking about anything in the court having been filed, I didn't even receive a response for more than 48 hours. They were quick to take my money, but couldn't complete the task and the proper manner. Not worth the money or the stress. Anyone else could've done a better job.

I had a horrible experience with this law firm. On the first interview, I asked for a shark lawyer…read moreand was then given a goldfish. I was originally told the whole thing would cost me around $5000 and it wound up costing me over 30,000 without ever going to court !!! My lawyer Never fought for me, misunderstood what I was saying, emailing, and requesting, over and over again. multiple times. Dan continuously charged me to rewrite emails that he had mistakenly written with incorrect information and then proceeded to charge me for all of them. I complained about his lack of involvement and interest in my case to his boss multiple times and into the fact that he was spending ridiculous amounts of time, supposedly based on his billing, I was charged for those conversations as well by her. His hourly rate wound up really being double because it would take him twice as long as the average lawyer to make a phone call or send an email! At the end, I felt bullied and coerced by my own lawyer to sign papers that I did not want to sign and ended up getting screwed in my divorce because of it. If I didn't know better, I would literally think he was actually working with my ex-husband's lawyer! Absolutely the worst law firm ever.

Because, my x stated she spoke to a lawyer and I will be paying her past 67. I was under the impression once I turn 67 I am free and clear of an additional obligation to her. Not sure why Moskowitz didn't disclose to me. And now I might have a problem I never knew about. Updated. The firm offered for me to come in for an additional consultation. I declined
