Worked with Luis L. Haquia on my case along with Perla. Extremely professional, kind and responsive to inquiries. The process was made less painful by these two as well as the entire staff. They went hard for me and got a settlement agreement that was well above the amount originally offered. Will definitely use them again if I unfortunately have the need in the future. read more

My mother's lawyers, Marc Saperstein and Rachel Nass, were excellent in helping resolve her case. The firm was instrumental in receiving a settlement to care for my mothers injuries from a worker's comp claim. Both my parents are pleased with the professionalism and care taken during these trying years of fighting. In the words of my mom, Rachel was excellent in the court of law and thanks God for her! read more

It's been close to two years (May 2022-January 2024) since I've been working with the attorney, Manuel Sameiro, along with his paralegal, Nicole Paolantonio, who are with the law firm of Davis, Saperstein and Salomon in Teaneck, New Jersey.  Due to their professionalism and overall attentiveness, I have only good things to say about my experience with this firm. In this day and age, I've come to know that we can't always expect respect and courtesy when encountering those who deal with the public. What a pleasant surprise to receive such high quality standards as was shown to me and my husband especially at such a difficult time in our lives! It goes without saying that broken bones certainly do cause excruciating pain. With that said, the patience that was shown to us was, in my opinion, over the top. Even more impressive, was the efficiency (and I'm not using that word lightly) that was extended to us by both Manuel and Nicole. Please know that my husband and I are deeply appreciative. Thank you to Manuel, Nicole and also to Gary Salomon from the bottom of my heart. Joyce DiMaggio read more

Not a good firm at all. Would never use them again. They lie and string you along. Did this to me for 4 years. They switch the truth. Not out to help the client. Robert Baumgartren is not out for the client. Then backed out at the last minute After for years Not a reputable firm. Deborah DeFabees read more

Great Firm to work with, Steve Cohen is a Top-Notch Attorney who handled my workman's comp case, explained everything in detail of what to expect with the process involved. I never felt rushed when speaking to him. Case took a while to settle, but he was always quick to respond and advise to any questions. I dealt with Annette Benitez one of their paralegals who was great, always friendly, very helpful in all aspects of her job, always got me answers to my questions and appointment reminders. Would recommend this firm anytime. read more

I was involved in a Car Crash. I sought assistance with Davis, Saperstein and Salomon. When the case began, I was very anxious because I had never been through anything like this before, and didn't know where to start. Sherwin did a great job of keeping me informed on where I was in the case, and what needed to be done next. He and his team, including Philip, are very knowledgable and personable, and always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. I would recommend Sherwin and his team to anyone looking for a great lawyer, and seeking a positive and lucrative outcome. read more

Marc Saperstein and Rachael Nass handled a complex auto accident due to mechanical failure caused by the dealer. I had several issues with this newly purchased vehicle which caused it to come to a complete stop on a major highway and being hit by another car. Due to Marc and Rachael quick action, I was able to have the car saved from salvage and it underwent an extensive review from expert investigators and uncovered the cause of the accident. If we hadn't been able to save the car from being salvaged by the insurance company, my case could have had a significantly different and unfavorable outcome. However, my attorneys pursed every party responsible and, after a lengthy and extraneous process, they prevailed and my case was resolved with a judgment in my favor. Throughout the process my attorneys were transparent, ethical and diligently worked to resolve this case with a positive outcome for myself. I'd highly recommend the firm of Davis, Saperstein and Solomon. No outcome is ever guaranteed but they will work tireless to make sure that you get the best possible results. read more

Marc Saperstein and Rachael Naas represented me in a lawsuit against a car dealership in Westchester County and a person who hit my car on the NYS Thruway due to a mechanical failure caused by a liability issue in delivering a defective car. This was a complicated case but due to the fact that because of their attorney's quick response, we were able to preserve the car for inspection, and not allow the insurance company to dispose of it. Their professionalism and diligence resulted in a successful settlement on my behalf. I appreciate their ethics, their support and expertise in bringing my case to a resolution in my favor. Thank you Marc and Rachael. read more

I would not recommend this firm. When the client has to do follow up calls to receive his payout this is not the firm who has your best interest. For example my payout is being held because of outstanding medical bill this bill has been sitting in Electronic medical record file for 3 weeks just sitting there?????? These bills should have been followed up with the attorney throughout this 3 year process Attorney Patricia decides to wait until payout to rectify these issues. read more

Highly Recommended!! Patricia handled my case with the utmost professionalism and never gave up!! She fought on my behalf in ways I would have never expected. She explains everything every step of the way and uses her time to ensure you and her are always on the same page at all times - which is extremely helpful. This was my first experience with a personal injury attorney and without a doubt made the right decision to hire Davis, Saperstein and Salomon. read more

I selected this law firm somewhat randomly following an injury due to a fall because I was looking for a location that was fairly close to me and I am grateful that I did. Patricia handled my case very professionally and I was represented extremely well and I felt comfortable discussing my case with her. Don't ever get sued and if possible avoid any circumstances in which you need to sue someone... But if you find yourself in a situation where you need to, these are the guys you want on your side. Lawsuits are never fun. They shouldn't be. They won't make it fun... But they'll make it tolerable and most importantly worthwhile. Again - I hope you'll never need them, but if you're on this page you probably already do... Look no further. Special kind words for Adam and Taniqua... Very professional and very patient. read more

As a product of a family prominent attorneys, coupled with my background as a superintendent of schools, I believe I am well positioned to provide a testimonial regarding the profound caring, responsiveness and consummate professionalism of Steven Benvenisti, Esq. and the entire team at Davis Saperstein & Salomon, PC of Teaneck, New Jersey. In more specific terms, I was struck by a motor vehicle while riding a bicycle and sustained major injuries. I happened to contact other law firms prior to being recommended to Mr. Benvenisti and these firms were quite emphatic in stating that in the State of New Jersey, even accident victims who warranted cervical spine surgery such as myself, were not likely to receive significant settlements. Well, without disclosing my settlement amount, I could not be more pleased having secured Mr. Benvenisti's services. Suffice it to say, Mr. Benvenisti and the entire firm of Davis Saperstein and Salomon should serve an exemplar for the legal profession at large. With heartfelt appreciation. In 2013 I slipped on ice walking on a sidewalk in front of an apartment building on my way to work. I broke my ankle in three places and dislocated my foot. I had to have two surgeries and could not walk for four months. I lost my job and it was the most miserable experience of my entire life. A colleague of mine knew Adam Lederman from Davis, Saperstein and Solomon and gave him a call. It was possibly the best decision of my life. He immediately responded and visited me twice during my week long stay in the hospital. He was extremely thorough throughout the two-year process and I could not be happier with the settlement I received. His background work and his strategies were by far just brilliant. He prepared me well for the deposition and was able to help me calm my nerves. His support staff, in particular Taniqua Williams made the paperwork and process as painless as possible. Both Adam and Taniqua were absolutely fabulous to work with and made a devastating experience tolerable. The size of the settlement was way beyond our expectations. If you need a lawyer, do not hesitate and give Adam a try. read more

We were offered $30,000 as a settlement in my sons case. These idiots said that they could get $100,000 if we went to trial. We got $4,000. They suck at trial law. Could have done better than the bumbling idiot they sent myself. Stay away if you want to go to trial. Real bad!! read more

We approached Kelly Conlon at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon during a very stressful time for our family after an accident left one of us disabled and unable to work. We were uncertain about the best way forward and nervous about the process. From the first meeting, we knew we made the right decision to go with Kelly. She has deep experience in this area and was able to concisely explain the process and our options. Throughout the process, Kelly and her team were responsive, competent, and professional - and showed warmth that was comforting during this stressful period. We are happy to recommend Kelly to anyone. read more

I was recommended to the firm from a highly respected colleague. Working with Luis Haquia and Jenis Adams made the ordeal less traumatic. I did not realize how lovely and sympathetic an attorney could be. I think what impressed the most was the fact that Luis really wanted to help and do "right by me and truly push for the best settlement I could get. Jenis was just as professional in returning phone calls and answering all my concerns. I highly recommend this Attorney and office for all those personal injury cases. read more

I worked with Marc, Kelly and Helen on my personal injury case that took over 4 years to settle. They were all so knowledgeable and kind. I had no previous experience dealing with this kind of issue. They kept me informed not only of the process, but what to expect. I knew I was in good hands and that I could trust them. If there was a delay or something was needed on my end, I was notified in a timely manner and we worked to resolve that issue. Without them, I know my settlement wouldn't be as good as it was and for that alone I am so grateful! Thank you! read more

True professionals - What more can be said. Have used attorney Adam Lederman twice so far - once for my wife and now for myself. Each case settled, and we were awarded the maximum allowed under the law. I have also recommended the firm to friends and family and all have been very pleased with service and results. Bottom line - you have a personnel injury - before hiring anyone - do yourself a favor and discuss potential case with Mr. Lederman. I recommend him as well as firm without reservation. read more

It's just as important to know when you do NOT have a case rather than having an ambulance chaser have you chasing your tail. I had a very short, informative talk (free of course) with one of their lawyers, Kate, who told me that my case was really too small to pursue. I appreciate honesty more than almost anything. The receptionists were very pleasant to deal with and there was no wait to speak with someone. Of course I hope I never have a bigger case, but if I do, they get my business. read more

This firm was referred to me by a coworker & was very glad that I listened to her advice. This was my first time (& hopefully the last!) to be involved in a lawsuit so I didn't have the slightest idea of what to expect at all. But having gone through such an ordeal, I can definitely say that it could have been a more painstaking, tedious process if I wasn't represented by them. They were very professional, knowledgeable & most importantly to me, I was treated with respect. I was guided every step of the way & was promptly informed of any movement with the case. And because of their expertise & hardwork, I can't thank them enough for helping me get the settlement I (& the firm as well!) so rightly deserved! Many, many thanks to Mr. Salomon, Adam, Renee & Dawn for a job well done!!! read more

Delighted to recommend Sam Davis, Angela Cervelli Bennett and Evan Baker and their team, who represented my mother after she was hit by a car. Civil cases take a while, but this smart, tenacious and committed team got exceptional results, starting with their case intake and investigation all the way through negotiations. Evan deserves special praise for reassuring my mother while she was deposed. Our family is deeply grateful for the settlement, which will have a significant impact on mom's quality of life. Getting hit by a car while driving a motorcycle was one of the scariest and most traumatic experiences of my life. After being released from the hospital and attempting to talk with the insurance by myself, they notified me that I would be responsible for all of my own medical bills even though all fault for the accident was attributed to the driver who hit me. He even received a moving violation ticket at the time of the accident. Adam and Tricia from Davis, Saperstein, and Salomon fought this case on my behalf on full contingency helping me recover insurance money that I was entitled to. They also helped me get the procedures that I needed as well as chiropractic Care and physical therapy to help me get back on my feet.
