My lawyer Never fought for me, misunderstood what I was saying, emailing, and requesting, over and over again. multiple times. Dan continuously charged me to rewrite emails that he had mistakenly written with incorrect information and then proceeded to charge me for all of them. I complained about his lack of involvement and interest in my case to his boss multiple times and into the fact that he was spending ridiculous amounts of time, supposedly based on his billing, I was charged for those conversations as well by her. His hourly rate wound up really being double because it would take him twice as long as the average lawyer to make a phone call or send an email! At the end, I felt bullied and coerced by my own lawyer to sign papers that I did not want to sign and ended up getting screwed in my divorce because of it. If I didn't know better, I would literally think he was actually working with my ex-husband's lawyer! Absolutely the worst law firm ever.

But when I called up turbo tax and talked to the "live help" I knew more about taxes then they did and they could not answer my question. I turned to yelp and google and did a quick search for local CPAs in the area. The only place in the area with all positive reviews was this place. It actually seemed too good to be true and I thought all the reviews were fake reviews. I decided to give it a shot anyway. Called up and made an appointment. Last year I called up very close to the end of tax season with very little to no hope. They squeezed me in and prepared, finished and sent my taxes of all very quickly. Andy is very good and very knowledgeable in his field. After going in 2016 and how great my experience is I knew that I was going to be going the following year. I just went a few days ago, there was a little bit of a wait (well worth it) but the customer service and knowledge is amazing. They make me feel very comfortable and he gave me all of my options that I need to decide on before taxes are due. I will not be going anywhere else for my taxes. When we asked for updates on the status of our case, the paralegal often seemed irritated, and our questions went unanswered or were brushed off. There was little to no progress made on the case, and we were never given clear guidance on next steps. Most concerning of all, the firm dropped our case while it was still in progress and did so without providing any explanation. This left us in a very difficult position and caused unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm to others seeking reliable legal representation.
