Immediately one of the workers gave me a hard time with my dog and tried turning me away because I had my dog. He explained its because theres cats and another dog and I felt like I was begging to just come into the store when he was insistent I couldn't come inside with him (I have gone to hundreds of shops many with cats and haven't had issues). I offered to pick him up while I looked around and he seemed hesitant about letting me even do that but let me in. Anyways I was really thrown off by the hostility and approach, I felt i was judged and perceived in some way that was not welcomed in the shop. As I looked around the store, the female employee appeared to be occupied with her phone. When I asked her a question, she seemed to be annoyed by the interruption which left be feeling unwelcomed. As I continued browsing, I became increasingly uncomfortable because the male and female employees were having what I felt was an inappropriate conversation in front of customers. I ultimately decided to leave without making a purchase. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and the the uncomfortable environment left a negative impression on me and I will not be coming back.

I spent two hours in their store with no hassles and also return to see the new and wonderful stones they have available. They are incredibly knowledgeable and they will always get my business. I feel compelled to share something that hurt my heart for them the other night and hope that the people/family that were behaving aggressively were subdued by police. I preface this with I have children, and never, would I allow my children to behave as wildly as I witnessed the other night. The adults became confrontational with Robert after he politely asked to reduce some of commotion. One woman was putting her hand in his face and calling him names, then walked off and came back with other people accusing them of being racists (which they are the furthest from!) The police had to be called in and even arrested one of the women. I honestly, felt horrible for Robert and Samantha having to navigate such bizarre behavior from grown adults, and though I didn't stick around to see what else was going to happen, I hope to heaven that everyone is safe and things are settled. Some of the residence that live there know what to expect from the crowd that come through, but it's sad to see when people aren't aware of their actions, drunk or not. Sorry to see you go through such a nightmare, you'll always get my business and thank you for looking out for all of us.

Genuinely INSANE that this is a legit geode, fossils, and minerals shop. Usually when you hear "gem…read moreadjacent" vernacular and you mix it in with a theme park, most people are thinking about the slop that kids shove into those velvet bags and each bag is a set price. So imagine my surprise to see the specimens they have on display and the legit fossils too. This includes fossilized leaves, fish, prehistoric creatures, and some really cool dinosaur eggs that are insured for millions behind a safe. Some of this stuff you'd be hard pressed to even see at some actual museums! There's also a cool fireplace with staff shout outs (at least for the Xmas stockings), celebrity photos and autographs, as well as the opportunity for you to choose a geode to be cut too. Some things are super cheap being around $5 and other things can be hundreds, if not thousands if you're an avid geological collector. Staff are super friendly and informative. And will show you and allow you to handle SOME of the stuff behind the display cases too. Definitely worth a visit!

Different chain styles, finish, thickness, and charms were offered. You can customize to your heart's desire. We had a blast picking and choosing. The girls were definitely girlll-ing !!! I wish they brought more charms that were beach, love/infinite, mama, grandma, friendship, family style charms, but overall it wasn't bad. It was a special moment for all of us to share.
