So i went a second time because of the half off promotion for leaving a review and i wasn't as pleased, my eyebrows were thinner then what i walked in with even after showing her a picture and explaining to her i want them thick and arched, i love her place, love how she takes her time and the massage she gives after waxing/tweezing could put you to sleep. I gave her a second shot because the first time i just though it was a first time thing since she had to exaggeratedly shape them she great,very nice but just not the right style for me since she uses stencils... my eyebrows aren't great with stencils. read more

While I was very happy with my previous eyebrow place, it was nearly impossible to get an appointment. After getting fed up with fighting to get appointments, I decided to try Saajida, and I was very impressed. She is very friendly, professional, and really has perfected the art of eyebrow shaping. I must say, I'm extremely picky, and I was glad to see that Saajida was very particular and took her time with each brow - measuring, waxing, tweezing. Let me tell you I do my research before I let anyone touch my eyebrows and I have gone to 3 other reputable places in NYC but Saajida is TRULY the best. She measures your eyebrows to make sure they are even and perfect and she fills them in and gives you a little massage too!!! I waited a few weeks before writing this review to see how quickly my brows would grow back because sometimes they grow back in a week. She really takes her time with each client, measures brows to face for symmetry, and she takes time to explain any process or questions you may have. I wanted fuller brows & she recommended a serum that has helped me grow hair where I had been having trouble previously. I have been searching for someone that can tweeze my eyebrows and give it a good shape since I have highly sensitive skin and can not wax nor thread, and I found her! I went to Saajida yesterday and my eyebrows came out perfect! She asked how I've been taking care of my eye brows and took her time, which shows she really cares. saajida is a wonderful artist....her work on my brows was phenomenal. Since my treatments awhile back my eyebrows have been sparse and just not what they used to be so I've been working on rebuilding everything it broke down and eyebrows were a part of it lol.
