I've had him help me out twice but today someone dumped so much trash in there it was all over but Cesar was so helpful and positive. After he dumped trash in his truck he offered to help me clean up the mess that someone caused. I told him no but he was so kind. I tried calling his company but the girl I got and I had her before she doesn't know much about the company and how it works. I gave her his name and why I wanted his manager to know about him but there are several Burrtecs. We are in Indian Wells off Mountain Cove in Club View.
