Especially during the summer. There were 4 guys there , so that helped but not even sure if they all work there are some might be hanging out. I don't care either or. Not sure if I'm getting a good deal or not but just glad the closest recycling I can do for cans and plastic bottles . To me, can be done quickly. Giving it 4 because it was my first time. If each time goes just as smoothly, then have to bump it up to a 5.

The customer service was poor, the process was disorganized, and I felt that the staff was not helpful or respectful. For a facility that provides an important service to the community, I expected a much more professional and customer-friendly experience. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed and would not recommend this location based on my experience. Never consistently open and they randomly close because "they ran out of money" seriously!!!! RUDE employees and not worth the effort. I hope management takes the time to address these concerns and improve both the customer service and overall operation of the facility.

Charging $10 every single time to drop off cardboard--regardless of whether it's a few boxes or a…read morefull load--doesn't make much sense. Cardboard is one of the easiest materials to recycle and already has resale value once processed. From a customer perspective, it feels like we're being charged just to provide material that contributes to your revenue. Many customers already pay for waste services, so this flat fee structure is confusing and discourages recycling. Can you explain what the $10 fee actually covers, and why it doesn't scale based on volume?

I also told her that while it was windy the night before, it wasn't THAT windy to blow a 65" television 6 feet in front of my driveway and rip the side of the box open. She said she'd schedule a pickup for me, and I thanked her. I also told her I will have to somehow move it out of my driveway and that it will be difficult to do since I'd just had hip replacement a month ago. I'm seriously hoping they come by today and do their f*ing job. They keep adding fees and increasing costs and they need to earn it.
