The exact place where you get rid of stuff was a bit tricky, we passed it twice. You pay $10 every time you drop stuff off. If you have them pick it up at the curb, it should be bundled no more than 16 boxes and try to keep then no bigger than 4x4 feet. They said we didn't have to tell them we were going to put it out but it was appreciated. They lose a star for it being tricky to find.

They took the styrofoam out of the box, threw it down the street, and moved the tv in front of my driveway. When I called, they asked if I knew if they'd come by and I said yes. They had. I also told her that while it was windy the night before, it wasn't THAT windy to blow a 65" television 6 feet in front of my driveway and rip the side of the box open. She said she'd schedule a pickup for me, and I thanked her. I also told her I will have to somehow move it out of my driveway and that it will be difficult to do since I'd just had hip replacement a month ago. I'm seriously hoping they come by today and do their f*ing job. They keep adding fees and increasing costs and they need to earn it. I would NOT recommend this company, but they have the monopoly in Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs.
