I also told her that while it was windy the night before, it wasn't THAT windy to blow a 65" television 6 feet in front of my driveway and rip the side of the box open. She said she'd schedule a pickup for me, and I thanked her. I also told her I will have to somehow move it out of my driveway and that it will be difficult to do since I'd just had hip replacement a month ago. I'm seriously hoping they come by today and do their f*ing job. They keep adding fees and increasing costs and they need to earn it. I would NOT recommend this company, but they have the monopoly in Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs.
