I lef my Cadillac there for install a radio and a switch for the antenna. They kept it a month, so I go and stay all day waiting until they finally got the radio in. never hooked up my switch or plug the antenna into my radio. I paid them, but it didn't work so I took it back next day. I met owners wife and told her to get on my antenna. It never got fixed. I wouldn't trust them to plug in my TV. They seem nice and will shake your hand while they screw over you. I'm 77 years old and had to crawl under my dash and hook it up myself. They are terrible. I've never had work done here . But I bought a new car didn't like the factory speakers in it. So I ordered some more aftermarket speakers I did the foot work found out what goes in the door mounting depth diameter magnet size everything . The speakers I opted for would fit perfect. So I got here wanting them installed . Man tells me can't do it today which was a Saturday that's fine but he can do it next weekend and will need it all day long . The reason is they will have to take my door panels off inspect it make sure the speakers fit then call me with a price quote. He told me more than likely $300 to install 2 6.5" door speakers . Ahahahah ok no problem here my number call me next week and let me know if y'all have an open spot . I leave there go to hi fi crusine I was there 32 minutes the speakers were installed and cost me $65 never waste your time with an idiot . Stopped by here to drop off my U-Haul and had a look around the shop, got some quotes on window tint and a camera for my car. Everyone was nice and friendly, they explained everything to me and did a great job hooking up the camera, the window tint was great as well, I'm very happy with it all and I'll definitely be back for more. read more

Zero Stars!! DO NOT GO HERE! This is my first online review of anything ever. My experience was SO bad I felt like I had to warn anyone taking their vehicle to this place. First, the guy I talked to about a product I wanted wouldn't stop talking long enough to hear what it was that I wanted. He ordered the wrong unit. Took FOREVER to recognize I was in the store to come answer my questions. He told me the business would eat the cost because he ordered the wrong part. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. 5 hours later I still hadn't received an update call. Finally, 30 minutes before closing I called to get a status, I was told that they could only finish part of the work. Then they call back and tell me they weren't going to eat the cost. Then they tell me that it was going to be MORE money than the original quote AND I'd have to bring it back 2 day later to finish the job. They said to come there and pick up the car they were 10-15 minutes away from being done. I left my daughter's birthday party to go pick it up because I couldn't go without having my car for 2 days. I waited in the lobby for another hour! This now makes 6 1/2 hours since I dropped my car off. They hid in the back and no one would come out. Finally, I ask for my car as there was only 20 minutes left in my daughter's birthday party. I get my car... not one single bit of work had been done to it. Not one thing. I left my motorhome there for 2 weeks. We had an understanding that I needed it within 2 weeks. They never touched it! They blamed it on the rain. (What a joke) The owner, Mike, is wound very tight and customer service is definitely not his strength. While I was there I heard another customer expressing their dissatisfaction as well. Very happy with my tint job!!! These guys are very professional and do amazing work. I have used this guy for my F150, BMW and most recently my Explorer. I had issues driving at night with oncoming headlights so they suggested I get a front strip also. It totally changed the look of my vehicle and overall driving experience! I have and continue to experience TERRIBLE customer service here. they talked me out of doing what i wanted to do with my radio. then they said 1.5 hours to install. ACTUALLY TOOK 4.5 HOURS and they BROKE my Driver side power window. MIKE, The owner, Tells me He can't TRY and fix again until TUESDAY and this is on Thursday. so after 4.5 hours to install Four Speakers, He still can't fix my window and He didn't bother to tell me they are gonna Keep ALL DAY on Tuesday!! They get zero stars!! PLEASE don't take your vehicle here. They messed up the wiring in my car and broke my air vent. Would not own up to their mess up and I will be out of 400 dollars. They were rude when I confronted them about it and the owner(Mike) tried to avoid speaking with me on the matter. His statement was he can't give in the every female that claims they messed up her car. I had documentation from Nissan listing the damages on my car. They still refused to own up to the damages they caused to my vehicle. They will never get my business again and I have contacted the BBB. read more

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I took my vehicle here!! The people are nice, but they said it would take 3 hours to install the new radio with Bluetooth and it took 7 hours and when I got in the truck, the radio didn't even work!!! So I had to go back the next day and waste another couple hours while they fixed the new radio!! It was also $100 more than I expected and the steering controls no longer work!! You are completely stupid if you ignore the reviews of this place. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating I had to give. The Owner is a crook! Over charged me 600 speakers and a amp and when I called him out on it he said it was cause of COVID is why he was charging 100 dollars more a speaker and but said he can give me a deal and let me get them for the original price. He didn't do a single thing I asked. He kept telling me what he wanted to put in it vs letting me tell him what I wanted. I wanted a new CD player amp and subs and door speakers and mid amp. I got a completely different head unit no door speakers no mid amplifier and a amp and subs that were not my choice. I'm completely dissatisfied with the whole experience. I had to bring my truck back 4 times for them to try and fix what was wrong with it each time. Then burned my battery and my alternator up and told me that it was my problem. That I bought that truck with problems. I finally told them to just take it all out and give me my money back and he refuses to take the stuff out the truck and told me he wasn't taking a mother f'n thing out of it and I'm stuck with it. After arguing for a hour he said he will take it out but he is going to keep my 300 dollar cash deposit for all the work he did. Told me to bring it back in a week for them to take the stuff out of it. Refuses to fix my alternator or battery. So I had to have my truck towed off his property. Horrible people horrible service Mike the owner is a joke Jim the counter boy is a complete joke as well. If you're smart you will not go here. I have multiple scratches on my fender and front bumper as well! When I confronted them about that he told me to get off his property that he was calling the cops. Terrible service, the employees have a hard time trying to pretend like they even care.

They were nice at first but really failed on a couple levels. In the end they seem like kids playing, not professionals. 1. They could not explain how to operate the radio they installed. I asked them to come out and help. The tech came out and said he did not know and to "read the manual" which led to the next problem... 2. They didn't give me the box or the manual. I had to wait another 20 mins while they looked for it. 3. It is an awful radio to operate. When I purchased it in the show room, they said it was "just like" the one they had on display. It's not and its awful. Can't use presets and no wonder they couldn't tell me how. Couldn't figure it out after reading and attempting several times. 4. I asked if I could switch to a different model and I would pay the labor and was told I could not. They need to learn that customer service matters. Especially in a small town. This place gets ZERO stars. My father who is disabled took his vehicle to have a radio and two rear speakers put in. Everyone was very polite until they had received their money and "installed" the radio and speakers. The next day my father noticed some wires falling out around the back seat where they had stuffed them to avoid having to properly attached them and the next day the speakers began to short out and the radio totally started messing up. When he took it back to them they said someone had been tampering with the wires and had messed up something and it was a big mess to begin with and someone had tried fix the radio on their own. Not only did they not admit to screwing up but they called my father a lier to his face. Please do not give your money to these very dishonest and unreliable people. read more
