But once I had arrived to The Train Station, I immediately fell in love with this place. I absolutely love coming to The Train Station for many reasons. First and for most, I love the amount of support that I have received from the amazing trainers here at this gym. They have pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and have guided me along the way to live a healthier lifestyle. The trainers have all done an exceptional job in helping me to incorporate proper techniques and form during my workout routines in order for me to get the results that I want. Additionally, the trainers have helped me with my nutrition by providing me with a customized meal plan that works for me. Furthermore, I get to call this place my fit family because the trainers as well as the clients who patronize this establishment have become a second family to me. This is the first gym that I have ever been to where I have honestly felt that everyone is there to work with me and show their support as I continue my fitness journey. I have developed so many great friendships along the way while coming to The Train Station which is an added bonus too. I finally realized they almost doubled my rates without notice. After talking to customer service they tell me I must renew my contract for the rate. Which they never told me or said the contract ended. So I sign a new one and 2 weeks later they change from 24 hours to 4am-11p AGAIN without notice!!!!!!

Since then, we've been alternating between Orland and the Frankfort studio and both locations are equally amazing! The coaches at Orland Park are next-level. Sable is an absolute beast! she knows exactly when to challenge you and will have you adding weight if she knows you can handle it (and somehow, she's always right!). Her classes are tough but incredibly motivating, and I always look forward to them. We also recently started taking Katie's class, and she's just as amazing. Her style brings something fresh and challenging, and we really enjoy the variety between her and Sable. The mix of coaching styles across both locations keeps things exciting and helps us stay committed. Everyone at this studio, from the front desk to the coaches, is friendly and welcoming. Orland Park is just as top-notch as the Frankfort location and we're so glad we decided to join!

Rock does a great job nudging you a bit harder than you'd normally push yourself and he has a great attitude to go with it. And if the persistent motivation from Rock isn't enough...then maybe a little AC/DC or Metallica will help push you to the edge! Cause Rock loves his classic rock and that's A-O-K with me! Totally recommend this for athletes at any level. As a long time cyclist I can tell you that while being in decent shape for riding, the upper body gets ignored. Rock does a great job changing up the workouts, and I'll be the first to tell you that It's not unusual for me to be doubled over trying to catch my second wind. So the end result has been all I could have hoped for. Did I turn into a super cut poster boy? Not hardly. Rib Tips and beer won't allow that to happen. Have I gotten stronger, more flexible? You bet. I had a much easier transition back to the bike when the weather changed and found the soreness in my back and legs that are typical early season companions to be less noticeable and shorter in length. As the summer progressed I found that I could ride in a more aggressive position and for longer durations. I guess this a long winded way of saying that Rockfit has been great for me, give it a try!
