I mostly used it for the group fitness classes, weight machines, and the indoor track. There are many spin classes offered at varying times and body blast was always a favorite of mine, alternating with others such as evening yoga. The track is nice and well-maintained. Again, sometimes gets crowded depending on the day/time. I loved that when you joined, there was a trainer that helped create a program for you based off your fitness goals and took some initial measurements. The trainers were friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. I loved the additional amenities of a health club you don't get at your average strip mall gym - the hot tub, sauna, and pool are all great. Plenty of showers and the locker room is well kept. The cafe has some delicious food as well! Nice kids area for child care. Down side: you do have to reserve a spot in cycling classes 24 hours before (mostly for popular morning classes, evenings you were okay). Often times there were regulars that seemed to book up the class quickly (especially pending on the instructor) which made it hard to get in. There were a few members that acted a bit entitled in the classes as well - in terms of dictating the volume of the music because it was "too loud" or moving another member's towels saving their bike because he said it was "his seat." All in all, great gym. I appreciated the atmosphere and environment which varied from the meat-heads at your typical Xsport. If I hadn't moved away, I would still be a member.

It is still clean, but this gym is in a serious decline in need of some major repairs, including the roof, locker room carpets and pool humidity regulator. The maintenance staff is great, as is the front desk. What is lacking is a dynamic group fitness schedule. The club has very little to offer in the way of group fitness in the evenings. Classes are not innovative, nothing exciting, nothing that makes one want to work harder or better. Nothing ever really changes here, it is the status quo forever. Monthly dues are not cheap. If you are a retiree or stay at home mom, maybe you can take advantage of the daytime classes. If you work days and need night classes, and night meaning past 6pm, you are better off elsewhere.

I'm extremely disappointed with how this gym has handled its recent management change…read more The gym has removed insurance-based memberships, and today I was informed that my membership would be cancelled this coming Monday. After leaving, I checked my payment history and confirmed that my most recent payment was taken on the 11th, meaning I have already paid for access well beyond Monday. I called back to clarify this and spoke with the manager, Eb. Instead of simply explaining how my already-paid membership period would be handled, or offering a refund for the portion of my membership I will not be able to use, I was then told that my membership would actually remain active until the 30th -- which was different from both what I had originally been told and what I would expect based on my billing date. My biggest concern isn't simply that management changed or that insurance memberships are being discontinued. Businesses can change their policies. It's the poor communication and inconsistency surrounding a membership that has already been paid for. The club requires 30 days notice for members to cancel, but was looking to switch/cancel my membership with only 72 hours notice. If you're considering joining, I would strongly recommend getting your billing dates, cancellation terms, and membership end date clearly documented so you know exactly what you are paying for.

I just moved back to New Lenox and by far No Limit Strength and Conditioning is my favorite!!! Here's why: -Gym is Super Spacious -Extremely Clean and Well Sanitized -Great Ventilation -New Equipment -Ample Parking -Phenomenal Programming -Seriously Great Members/Coaches Unlike most CrossFit gyms, no-one will be screaming from the rooftops about the "community" and/or challenging you on your pace, weight-choice, attendance. I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own. No Limit Strength and Conditioning will never have to talk about community, because they actually have one. Bazillion out of five stars! Right here in New Lenox IL!

We were concerned about finding a good Crossfit box in the south suburbs. We had grown accustomed to two excellent boxes in Manhattan, 212 Crossfit and ICE NYC (started by 2014 Crossfit winner, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet), and didn't think it was possible to find anything comparable to the Big Apple in the area. A family friend recommended Crossfit Dinami run by Paul and Dallas Stefanos. From the beginning, our experience was exceptional and our concerns about finding a great box vanished. In many ways, our experience at Dinami surpassed the already high standards of Manhattan boxes. Paul and Dallas are incredibly knowledgeable and fully dedicated to their mission. They have assembled a talented team that strikes the perfect balance between providing solid feedback without compromising confidence. The workouts are challenging while providing thoughtful scaling options that ensure everyone can improve their skills while getting an excellent workout irrespective of experience. Now that our renovation is almost over, we are ironically worried about moving to a big city and not finding a box as wonderful as Dinami! It's a true gem in the south suburbs and an incredible value for some of the best exercise programming we've found anywhere!
