    Eric and his cousin did a fantastic job. I had them repair my freezer. They were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommende.

Replaced our "craft" ice maker, showed us how to turn it on & off and explained the trouble we were having and set clear expectations moving forward. ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL. FIRST AMERICAN WARRANTY....NOT SO MUCH. initially they assigned us another appliance repair company (their name escapes me at this time) and when I did just 20 min of research found out on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUs website that they were "COMPLETELY ROTTEN". Those were the exact words they used in describing that company. I had to DEMAND to speak with a manager before FAW assigned me someone else. Peter from Appliance Worx arrived, listened to us, diagnosed the problem and amazingly had the replacement "CRAFT ICE MAKER" on his truck. Replaced it.....and the whole visit took maybe 40 min. Moral of the story/review.....Appliance Worx is great. Dont let your home warranty ppl give you "crappy" service ppl.

They changed the appt and I went to work late for the reschedule later in the day, then they called out completely after asking me, a single 60 yr old woman to pull out fridge and unplug it so they could do the repairs. Then send me a text cancelling all together with no other appointment offered. I called them. They said the soonest is in 3 days. So my meds and food go bad. I asked isn't there another rep, they said not in my area Roseville. If you are in Roseville don't go to this company. I am working with my warranty to get this changed. We all understand ER appts but rather weird since I was rescheduled already. Just poor way to run an appliance repair. No parts, no other people. And hang up on me. Never use this company

    Do not trust these reviews, i am pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake. We had their…read moreTechnician Michael K who came out on the FIRST service call to fix our leaking washer. This individual states "theres no leaks with your washer, it just needs to be cleaned from detergent" and proceeded to charge us $200 to clean it. 30min after he finished "cleaning it" and left our house, it started leaking again. We paid $200 to get a leak fixed that was not fixed. We contacted the company again for them to come out and diagnose the washer again for leaks. The second time he came out he said the washer i had was "too complex" and that the leak is intermittent. The washer has leaked the last 4 times it has ran, maybe they need to learn vocabulary in understanding that intermittent would mean it only leaks sometimes, not every time. If the washer is too complicated for you to work on, why are you getting sent to begin with? The second time he came out he magically found two leaks but him and the company desk person REFUSED to give me a cost on how much it would cost to fix. They wanted to charge me TWICE for the same leak. Additionally, they wanted to give me a price to fix after a 3rd visit when they are already in there fixing the leak and only until the guy opens our machine again, i am assuming just so they can get more money from us as coercing customers to pay after half the labor is already done. I chose to give this company one last time to make things right and gave the green light to schedule a third appointment to fix our washer which we NEED. Well the time came for them to fix our washer for a third time, and this time with a different technician, named Serge. Coincidentally, this person had to cancel the service call because his car "needed to be worked on and picked up" at the time of the service appointment. Coincidence? Do yourself a favor and RUN from this company. They will take your money, waste your time, and give you the run around instead of being transparent and honest. If the company sees this, i hope you get the Karma that you deserve for taking advantage of people while being in a vulnerable position. Complete joke of a company.

    Let's call it what it is: A SCAM…read more I scheduled a service appointment to have my washer repaired after being told there would be a $75 diagnostic fee, which would be applied toward the repair if I chose to move forward. The technician arrived the next day within the scheduled timeframe, which was the only positive part of the experience. The technician used a shop vac to drain the remaining water from the washer and spent about 20 minutes in the laundry room while I remained in the living room. During that time, there was no communication about what he was checking, what issue he found, or what diagnostic steps were being performed. I never saw the washer taken apart, nor did he explain anything during the inspection process. Afterward, he simply stated that repairing the washer would cost the maximum amount to fix and suggested I should just buy a new washer instead. He identified the issue as the motor, but when I asked how he came to that conclusion, he struggled to provide a clear explanation and appeared unsure of his own diagnosis. A trustworthy and professional repair technician would normally walk the customer through the issue, explain what was found, and show evidence of the problem before recommending a costly replacement. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Based on this interaction, I do not feel confident in the accuracy of the diagnosis or the integrity of the service provided. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest or transparent appliance repair services.
