SJK Taxis Do not value their customers. What an appalling
company & poor customer service they operate. I had the misfortune to have
a dispute with 1 of their drivers on Fri night/Sat morn, I remained polite and wasn't
abusive but I terminated my journey halfway and paid the fare in full. I rang the office to make a complaint and to speak to a
manager, I was told there would be no managers available until Monday morning,
ok fair enough I thought, its weekend, I can wait. I rang Monday morning and was told someone would ring me
back in the afternoon, I rang back Monday night and was told someone would ring
me on Tuesday. I rang Tuesday evening and was told someone would ring me
Wednesday. I rang on Wednesday and was told someone would definitely ring
back within 24hrs. I rang back after 24hrs and told them to pass a message to
the managers I will not be using this company again and not to bother ringing
back. I used this company on a regular basis, 4 times a week sometimes 6 for at
least the last 2 years, not anymore. SJK have the monopoly in the area but that doesn't mean they
can treat what I consider good customers with a total lack of respect like they
have done. I am going to post this on any website they are associated
with for all to see and spread the word in any pub I happen to DJ in by
broadcasting just what an awful, inconsiderate and downright rude company this
