The only issue we experienced was they initially drove the crane onto our lawn, which tore it up and cracked the sidewalk. When I called to let them know, there was no apology for the damage. Instead, I was told the city should handle the sidewalk. Then given the excuse of it was "thin and washed out underneath," was why it cracked easily. While we know our lawn isn't perfect, it was still frustrating to see it torn up. Also, the truck partially drove over our sewer line. Fortunately, there was no damage. It would've been appreciated if they had at least consulted us beforehand. We would've gladly let them use the driveway from the start, where they eventually moved the crane anyway. We weren't even aware the sidewalk was cracked until we noticed it ourselves later that day. Someone could've easily gotten hurt. Instead of the company reporting it, we had to reach out to the city ourselves to start the repair process. In the end, great work on the tree, but we were disappointed with lack of accountability for the damage caused.

They arrived a few hours after Ed came by to assess everything. And came with a huge crane, several trucks, a crew of several guys, a chipper and a dump truck to haul all the tree parts away. Ed previously handled a Bamboo cluster gone wrong at my house. And he recently came back after my swimming/flying tree disaster, just before the storm hit, to clean up the overgrowth on my front yard trees. The more I think about what happened in the back yard, with a tree that simply got over weighted with wet foliage and split apart, the more I appreciate the service I got before the storms came. I could have had three more trees do the same, but land on my house instead. It was also insanely cool to watch them lift a tree up over our houses and place it in the yard to cut it up.

But MATHEW, that guy is another level of hustle and hard work. He called me back within seconds. He was polite and friendly. He said "I'll give you an estimate shortly." He drove to my house immediately (not close to where he was.) And called me from there -- yeah this is price: when can I start? And 12 hours later -- a quarter of an acre of yard looked brand new. When they were done they left all the trimmings on the front lawn by my property and the neighbors property and said he had a co-worker coming to pick up the trimmings that night. needless to say nobody showed up. After numerous calls in the morning he claimed someone would be there to pick up the trimmings at 4-5 pm. That time came and went then he claimed Someone would pick up the trimmings at 9pm. Someone did come but only took half the pile and left the sidewalk a mess. I will gladly pay someone to cleanup the trimming that are left and I would never use this company again. Unprofessional, un reliable and not trust worth but on top the that he never returned calls. He would send an apology text with I'm sorry for all the delays and yet the job was fully paid for and still not completed. don't waste your money and energy on this company.

He sent the two lightest guys to walk my metal roof. They chopped limb, threw pieces down, chipped and hauled away. Got back up on roof and blew off debris. Crew of seven.
