Once we decided to move forward with JL Contractor Services he sent the agreement, and was able to schedule his crew for a week later - during winter! He was able to look ahead and find a day where the weather allowed for the work to be done. His workers were there on time, courteous and did a very thorough job on both the front and the back - the work was completed in a day as stated. I will plan to use JL Contractor Services again, when the need arises.

The second pic is the copper the new roofer installed (the same work that Lorenzo was referring to in the text message string). The new roofer also confirmed that was one source of water leaking in my attic. He also found another leaky section where the roof was caulked instead of flashed. More cutting corners. These resulted in water leaks in my attic, entry way and garage. And in response to Lorenzo's comment on what's included in the 30-page insurance estimate - flashing is on the list, including step flashing, which my new roofer commented was completely original and not replaced when Mr Reliable replaced the roof. Another thing he was paid for that didn't get done. READ YOUR ESTIMATES CAREFULLY - I didn't and Lorenzo took full advantage. Bottom line, my out of pocket cost to fix what Lorenzo didn't was $2,700. This doesn't include the dry wall repair and painting still needed in the interior. Not to mention potential mold remediation. If you're read this far - move on. Find someone else.

They provided warranty as part of the job. Fast forward to 2026, we had some issues with the paint flaking. I contacted Jose about the issue. He responded promptly and met me to discuss my concerns. He was very respectful and cooperative. Jose agreed to honor his warranty by sending a dedicated team to address all of my concerns. His team came the first week of May 2026 and spent the entire week fixing all identified areas of concern. They used oil based products this time to ensure a durable finished product. In the end, Jose and his team totally addressed all of my concerns and restored my deck, garage door and mailbox to nearly a new look. The home looks incredible and elegant. I am very pleased with the outcome. It is clear Jose cares about his business and customer satisfaction.
