Their pricing was competitive and all places had a lot to choose from, but the staff at S&W (Cindy & Tim) were more patient with me, they came over to my place three times for me, to see what i had and gave good color and design recommendations. When I pulled the trigger in October, they were able to complete everything by Thanksgiving. I even gave them a couple curve balls with appliances but they were flexible and even got a couple additional installers to help me (I am not that handy). The day of install Alex (claiming to be the owner) shows up to do the install with a few guys. I should've sent Alex away as he was dressed like he just came out of an alley, slurring his words and had what looked like dry paint around his mouth. I asked him if he was ok, he said he had a rough night and lost $2,000. He promised he was just overseeing the work and his helpers would do the install. During the install an issue came up and I couldn't find Alex. I asked one of the workers and they said he was upstairs. Strange because all the work is downstairs. I go upstairs into my daughters room and he's half naked, on her bed sniffing her underwear. As soon as he saw me he began threatening me. Saying I better not say a word and he knows "people" in Florida. Owns guns and knows where I live. I called the police and Alex (half naked) and his crew immediately took off, along with my daughters underwear. Pictures are of their work. Didn't even measure right, huge gaps. Cut's on granite aren't even straight. Also, the clothes he left on my daughters bed.

The complaint was at the seam the colors did not match exactly where it came together, so she wanted me to rip the whole job out and redo it. She picked out the slab and if i could have used another piece i would have. The problem was we got this job through there nephew and he added 1500 dollars on top of our bill. If I replaced granite tops for this reason i would be out of business. Call and i can give you plenty of customers who were happy with our work!

There was a 3/4-inch gap between the sink and the countertop on half of the edges of the sink, and I was afraid that if I didn't get that sink reattached, in the near future it would fall out. I sought repair quotes through Yelp, and Ryan Malloy, the owner of All Your Countertop Services, answered through Yelp messaging within minutes. He gave me a very reasonable quote and said he could come the very next day. I sent him photos and a detailed explanation of my repair situation, and he called me on the phone and talked to me about what would be required to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he contacted me by both phone and text to give me a considerate heads up as to his exact time of arrival. While in my home, he did a deliberate, thorough job both to maximize the sturdiness of the adhesion of the sink to the countertop and to lessen as much as possible the amount of our exposure to the smelly glue necessary for repairing the sink. His diligence, competence, concern for our health, and full disclosure of every step of the procedure was an amazing degree of customer service I've never received from any service person before. My sink looks great, and I thoroughly recommend Ryan for any repair job of this nature that you might need. In addition to granite countertop installation and repair, he told me he can also do general handyman jobs (other than plumbing and electrical) as well. I will definitely be calling on him for all of my handyman needs from here on out.
