The technicians were on time and cleaned up after finishing the job. They came to replace a door that was leaking and rotting after the hurricane. They took away the old door and replaced with the new one. The technician was very complete and precise. He sealed all the gaps with the silicone and foam spray I bought and the door opens and close smoothly. The technician asked to test the door after installation and the lock was a little tight to close. I asked to make less tight and he immediately fixed it and it was smooth just the way I want it. Everything is tight like a tank. He did an outstanding job and I am very impressed with the end results. Door Home is very affordable and I absolutely recommend this company. This is a company that stands out for their quality of work. Thanks. Alan C.

The initial consultation and final measurement with Eric, was very professional and Eric went over everything that had to be done. Eric is not a salesman, he has been in this profession for years, and is the owner. It was refreshing to have someone who actually knows what the job entails and not just a salesman was refreshing. The price of the materials and installation was very competitive. The doors and windows came in earlier than expected and installation was scheduled. Chris, Mike, Aaron, Dave and Walt were here for about 5 1/2 hours. They all were experienced, professional and completed a some what difficult project. My house was built in the late 50's so everything is not standard-sizing, etc., they did have to work through several issues. Everything passed inspection. There are some scratches, marks in the glass of the kitchen window and glass panel on the back door. Oscar came and noted everything and the glass panels are in the works to be replaced. This is nothing that the company damaged, just defaults in the glass. The consultation to final measurement to installation to setting up the inspection were all stress free. I could not say one bad thing about this company. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors.

One thing it was not lacking was vendors for hurricane rated windows and doors. We scheduled and obtained bids from three companies and though we were shocked at the cost, we thought it was something we needed to do. During the week that I was reviewing the proposals, I was referred by a friend to another company and I asked if they could provide an estimate as well. What a fortuitous introduction that was! Enter Tomer Milol, President of Crystal Clear Windows & Doors. Unlike the high pressure salespeople I had been meeting with, Mr. Milol quietly and intelligently laid out pros, cons and pricing for the various grades of windows and doors available in the marketplace. Ultimately, I decided on the PGT WinGuard product for my windows and ProVia for my doors. As compared to the other proposals for the same products, Mr. Milol was 15%-20% less even after including the other companies' "incentives". He made our job affordable! Installation occurred as scheduled and the work was impeccable. At the end of each day, everything was left spotless. Our new windows and doors are beautiful. Our house is much, much quieter, dryer, cooler and our FPL bill has dropped 10%-15% per month. Most importantly our home is safer! The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and I now have a very happy wife...and yes, you guessed it...a happy life! Fast forward four years from my initial review above and enter Hurricane Ian. At our home, we had sustained winds of 110-120 MPH with gusts to 130 MPH. As compared to Hurricane Irma, Ian was stronger and longer at our location and yet, as a result of Crystal Clear's installation of our hurricane windows and doors, we couldn't even hear the storm! Needless to say, we felt safer and more secure. If you know the story of the Three Little Pigs, you can just call us the brick house pigs, because that "wolf" named Ian huffed and puffed and got nowhere with us. I can't begin to describe how pleased we are with Tomer and his team. We highly recommend him...let me be "crystal clear"...CALL THEM! Gary R. After checking with local building officials, I learned some of the details and requirements he gave about our project were wrong. He pushed for a commitment and became irritated when I mentioned I had meetings with other contractors. It's wise to be cautious and get more than three quotes, since sticking to just three quotes or so will not give you the full picture for an expensive home improvement. After meeting with Tomer, we chose not to move forward because there were too many red flags. This is my opinion and experience. The owners felt the need to try to discredit my review with a response.
