Here are some things that have happened to me or I have seen as I've been…read morea student at UWL and have been living in this building: -When I moved in my room wasn't even clean. It was so dusty. They also never went through a damage sheet with me and I'm scared they're going to charge me when I move out even though they never went through the state of the room with me when I moved in. Also when I moved in my shower was clogged in my bathroom and I had the bathroom to myself. Just seemed odd. -They have the cheapest appliances I've ever used. They give you a literal bag to put your underwear and socks in for the washing machine because they are SO PRONE TO CLOGGING. Ours has clogged twice even if we only fill it a third of the way and we get charged each time for it. So we tried using the bag and every time our underwear and socks came out of the washing machine dry and not washed at all. I've been washing my underwear in the sink for months. I decided to move here because of in unit laundry and it wasn't worth it here. -Their "roommate matching" is a complete myth and they will not do switching for you guys. Just a heads up. -The parking lot always seems full, even if you have a pass. And if there is a chance of it snowing overnight they require you to park on the street overnight and get snowed in there instead. -There is no garbage disposal so you have to scrape slimy food out of the drains constantly and the sinks will always smell weird if you even rinse your dishes off. -The walls are paper-thin, as are the ceilings and floors. I hear every single step the people above me take, and many people in this building are very loud. Someone on the fourth floor literally dead lifts in their apartment even at 3am and its been so irritating. Overall it is so noisy and I cannot get a single school assignment done here. I have to go to campus every hour the library is open because some people are so loud. -Not the Hive's fault, but some people that live in the building are super irresponsible. Smoking inside, throwing their food like banana peels and old pizza on the carpet floors in the hallway and leaving it there to rot until a Hive employee cleans it up. Spraying fire extinguishers in the hallways and setting off the firearm multiple weeks in a row and having to stand outside in the cold at 2am because people decided to be idiots. It's so frustrating. -The police and fire department are here so often. -They also sometimes just close the patio off, so when I bought steaks to grill for dinner I was not able to cook them because they locked it for no reason, which was not in the lease agreement at all. -If you try to post a review anonymously they will refute it saying no one lives there with that name so I guess this is going to have my name on it. Oh well. -The workers have been nice and the maintenance guy has been helpful and quick to get here and fix things so I will say that. -Also my roommates, when asked by management if they were planning on resigning for next year, all said yes. All of them. And yet they told my roommates weeks later that they gave our apartment away to some other people for next year and they are SOL unless they want to move to a different apartment within the building and split us up with other randos. Hopefully I don't get retaliated against for posting this. :) Not trying to be rude at all but this is the truth. I am so sleep deprived, stressed, and overstimulated here.

Units look nice but cheap quality and thin walls. Buildings are not secure at any time. All your packages are feet from an unlocked door at all times. And they will only consider making them secure if something MAJOR goes wrong like once homeless start living in one of their properties. Making the building secure is too expensive for them but they said they are considering keys. They do not care about their tenants. They care about money only. It's sick. Entirely disappointed. The property management Cindy is a joke, if you bring up things about, problems or concerns to her she will just laugh and say deal with it. Also the maintenance guys are lazy and nothing gets done. When you submit a maintenance request in they take weeks or even months to get there to see what's wrong and later they will just forget about the problem and tell you to submit another request So my story I'll try to keep short. 2023, When I first moved in they didn't tell me that the last person who lived in the apartment that I am currently living in was infested with cockroaches and other stuff. They also stated that they have cleaned the apartment which was never cleaned in the first place. Walls were never painted, carpets where never cleaned tiles are stained and closet doors don't shut properly. They will also blame you for defacing property if someone else's dogs poop on the grass in its property. When you need accommodations done good luck they take forever to send out a form and have you sign them to send back. They also take weeks to notify you about the progress. They won't accept or return calls, they always make excuses to protect their butts. 2024, Where I am still currently, we had a crazy person that was living in the complex and I with some other residents reported it and the management Cindy said he's not a threat when he is (yelling, screaming, messing with our doors and saying random things about a person's life) I don't understand how they can have how many complexes and they can't even take care of one. 2025, I am done with this company next year, I will be also posting this everywhere else to get this around how they treat their tenants. So do not let your elderly or even disabled loved ones live near Allegiant Property LLC. They don't care about your well being, all they are is a big headache and stress causer. SO DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL. They will act all nice and happy to see you but in reality they do not care about you.

The Mgr Josh Claussen told all affected that " your hotel rooms will be paid for don't worry." He repeated that to the Red Cross who were present. Within 3 days it changed to "Oh, we're (APM& DANISH VILLAS MGR J.Claussen) aren't involved; you have to contact negligent renter. Michelle Barth - negligent renter tried to avoid me, but when confronted she acted squirrels about the claim number. I sent in all my receipts as needed. Now in June her Insurance is refusing to pay my losses. I emailed APM; now I'm learning even the owner David Heyer has no honor. He emailed a cheap excuse of his insurance company won't return calls. They are all the lowest of the low.
