Unfortunately we were not and Tom Grosh and team took it upon themselves to make decisions outside of the agreed upon contract. They decided to cut down an additional shrub that was NOT listed in the contract and should have been left alone. They also cut down numerous flowers that were not to be cut down and were listed as such in the contract. When addressed on these concerns Tom became arrogant and turned the tables. He stated that he did "something out of kindness" by cutting these down when he shouldn't and that I have "turned it into a major catastrophe" by asking why he did this and his only response was "they will grow back." Tom will claim that he went above and beyond when in reality he went outside of the contract and made decisions without approval.
