Jason said he would apply a salve to the trees when he came back. They missed the appointment and did not come back for 3 weeks. When they returned, they failed to double mow, leaving stripes of the dead grass in the yard. I called him to say this needed to be fixed and he hung up on me. Here is a list of the plants they injured or killed: Grape vine on a trellis, button bush (3 feet tall) surrounded by mulch, a fig tree (3 feet tall) sourounded by mulch, strawberry plants, surrounded by a small wooden fence, 2 apple trees with white plastic bark covering: these were weed whacked through injuring the bark. That said, the first 2 times they came, they did a GREAT job. It seems they have hired some people that are unqualified.

As a small business owner myself, I know often times the majority people who take the time to leave reviews are the small percentage of unhappy people a business has. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and he never responded to that either. I would not recommend Curb Appeal Masters or his other business NowaDiamond (his cleaning company but also operating his landscaping business from this name too). He's charging 5-star prices but NOT delivering 5-star work. Attaching pics of: Discolored stones, "drainage" holes that never drain properly due to being too small and due to improper landscaping installation (mulch slopes into patio), dead landscaping, rusting firepit, electrical wire for patio lighting that was never buried, slate that he tried to pass off as stepping stones though clearly it was from a different project and although he said it would be temporary he never replaced, another mulch area where the slope is so significant it just runs right off leaving the landscaping fabric exposed, close up of how the polymeric sand was not used along the edge of patio nor was any alternative edging used to keep the landscaping mulch off of the patio. The project started July 15, 2023 and was never completed.
