On top of that, his attitude on the phone was very dismissive, rude and obnoxious. George told us to meet one of his "guys" there with $200 cash. He said he would not accept credit card and there were no ATMs on the premises. When we arrived at the location, we had to drive down an overgrown dirt road to meet a man that had our vehicle in an enclosed area in the woods. When we asked him for a receipt of our payment (since we were extremely uncomfortable handing this random man a wad of cash with no paperwork), he told us he forgot his receipt pad and he had no way of giving us a receipt. Insurance set up the tow, and apparently gave him the wrong address as they got it through GPS. He also went to the wrong vehicle and called her angrily asking where she was. Apparently it was less than a mile away. So he charged our insurance "double" for the "inconvenience". This alone would not warrant a bad review, however the rest of the experience did. He spent his entire time there berating and yelling at my girlfriend, telling her that she shouldn't be out, her tires were bad (I bought them myself, they had the best rating for Snow/Ice according to Tire Rack at the time). He said she shouldn't be driving at all period (insulting her driving skills), asked her if she knew left from right, and a bunch of other extremely unnecessary BS. There were 3-4 other vehicles off the road as well. So much so that a State Trooper came out and was trying to keep the scene safe because so many people had gone off. The state trooper even commented to my girlfriend that the driver was rude and that not all tow guys were like that. I just found out about all of that this morning. I will be telling every single person I know to NEVER use Bradford's towing just from this experience alone, and I will tell them the entire story about his unprofessional attitude. Oh, and it's not even a real tow truck, it's just a guy in a pickup with a winch.

They said Daves should be there any time now. 5:41 they show up. I go out, greet the driver, confirm the house, and my identity. They say they don't need me for anything else, as I'm going back inside, the driver asks about the key. I say its in ignition. He says Ok, he'll have me loaded right up. I finish going inside. 10 minutes later I hear him pull off, thinking Ok cool. He got the truck and left. 6:33 pm. I get a call saying my truck wasn't going to be picked up tonight, because they didn't have any available drivers. The driver got called to one other call. They were physically at the address of the pickup, and then left without the vehicle. The AA comes back on the phone after confirming with them they didn't in fact pick my truck up 45 minutes earlier. During the little break while she called them to confirm, I go and look; low and behold the driver didn't pull and load the truck. Just turned around and left. So in the end, 03/05/2022 a little after 3pm a call was put in for a tow and NO TOW WAS RECIEVED EVEN THO THEY SHOWED UP, and it was a AAA tow (first of the year).

Do NOT Trust Bernache Autobody…read more I honestly don't even know where to start with how bad my experience was with Bernache Autobody. It's been almost six months since I took my truck there for repairs after hitting a deer, and I'm still finding issues that they caused. In fact, they've caused more damage to my truck than the deer did! Here's the situation: I hit a deer while driving at 40 mph. The only damage was a dented front bumper and some broken plastic in the grill. I continued driving my truck for weeks after, and then went through my insurance to get it repaired at Bernache. After about three weeks, I finally got my truck back--and it was an absolute disaster. The bumper was crooked, they used zip ties to fasten the wheel wells, the headlight wiring was just hanging underneath the truck, the fog lights were crooked and nonfunctional, and there were missing bolts and nuts throughout the front of the truck. This was not professional work; it looked like a child had put it together. Naturally, I sent the truck back. After another week, I got it back, and the problems only got worse. The headlights were now full of water (they claimed it was because the insurance provided cheap ones) and the daytime running lights were flickering. To top it off, my truck threw an engine code related to the radiator louver--a part they had touched. So, back to the shop it went. ....My truck is relatively new and had been in immaculate condition before the collision. After the third time I got it back, I realized they had replaced several front grill pieces with cheap aftermarket parts, which weren't even damaged in the collision. It felt like they were just trying to cut corners at every turn. Frankly, I feel like they're scamming people. The work they did is subpar at best, and I can't imagine how many other customers have left that shop thinking their vehicles were repaired by professionals, only to find out they were hastily thrown together with zip ties and inferior parts. I would not trust Bernache Autobody with any vehicle. If you care about your car or truck, go somewhere else.
