The delivery was a fiasco and…read moreended with the driver canceling my delivery because he was worried that the trees in the development would damage his truck, even though everyone else's trucks aka: UPS, FedEx etc. has no issues and run back and forth every day, this guy refused to do it. So I had to pick it up with a Toyota truck. So the whole process was problematic and most of the employees I had to deal with were rude and unhelpful to say the least, but Nate took control of my situation and solved everything. He was amazing and I am very grateful for his help. A happy ending only because of Nate. I'm happy to know that the HD manager is paying attention. Please know that half of the staff that I interacted with regarding this purchase were not polite nor helpful. The third party delivery service has more control over the process than you do, unfortunately. Fortunately though, the few good ones saved the day.
