My washer developed a small leak. After consulting Yelp I decided to go with Appliance Rescue…read moreRepair (ARR). I am very glad I did. After dealing with the insurance company for nearly 2 weeks I was just about running out of clean clothes. I contacted ARR on a Wednesday and was given an appointment the following Tuesday. I mentioned my clothing situation and asked that if something opened up I'd appreciate it. ARR said they could work me in the next day. They arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough diagnosis of my washer. He explained the problem thoroughly. Instead of selling me some expensive fix (as I would not have known the difference) Matt told me that it likely wasn't worth fixing due to it's age but that fixing it would be expensive. He told me of an option that might work (a drip pan under the washer) that would save a lot of money. He didn't have to do that. Matt, and his assistant who's name I did not catch/remember, were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. If I have any further problems with my appliances, Appliance Rescue Repair will be the first company I will call.

I had someone to deliver it to my house and that's when I saw tge roaches. I asked them politely to refund me and the gave me the run around for months. One of the guys laughed at me and the other one that supposed to be Sammy kept dodging me when it was time to refund me. Please DO NOT buy from them they also tried to trade the infested refrigerator for a refrigerator that was also unclean and didn't get cold then told me to clean another out refrigerator out while I was at the store raising my concern. These People do bad business and is had terrible customer service. Again if you want clean working used appliances DO NOT SHOP AT SAMMY'S in Airways Memphis Tn.
