Two Brothers Auto Body - Simply the Best!!!…read more I can't even begin to explain how amazing Two Brothers Auto Body was! From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. Two Brothers made a crazy stressful situation so easy, and I'm beyond grateful for how they treated me and my car. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again

The owner, Jay (just like me!), was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to explain every detail of their work. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you're looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished. I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and dangerous incident involving the individual…read morepictured below, who appears to be operating a tow truck on behalf of your company. Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

I stated to George that the transmission wasn't the problem. I decided to take my vehicle to anther shop. The other shop took just approximately 2 hours to fix the problem. I gave 2 stars because George was very respectful.

Extortion ! Only one…read morehour after they towed my mother's vehicle for parking in the wrong handicap we tried to retrieve it. The police told us we had til 5pm to get our car yet at 2pm they said they closed. The police called them and told them it's policy to let us get our car back. After much back and forth they didn't want to open and didn't take our calls. The police then called again and said for us to go and they had someone waiting for my mom. My handicap mother went and they lied to the police and no one was there. The owner was so nasty for no reason after my mother is crying and told her , no one can tell him how to run his business and told her to Zelle him $315 if she wants her car back or she would have to sit outside and wait until after 6pm and that's a favor he's doing. He charged extra , had my handicap mother wait sitting on the side walk, with no way back to Long Island while extorting her. So disgusting , all the sudden the owner said he had someone available in 20 mins after making her Zelle them. I will be going as far up in the chain as I need to go. For the city to allow these heartless spoke to provide services is unacceptable.
