I would not work S&M expediting again. Perhaps she is better with architects as you can see from the other reviews. However, she is awful working with the client directly. Mercedes would take days to weeks to respond to my questions and e-mails. It was slow process and she would not explain it to me. I ended up having to do alot of the work myself and I hird S&M so that I would not have to. I wish I had gone with another company because it was also costly. read more
