But I truly wanted the faucet installed. I informed Tim, that I would like to have four additional faucets, two more shower handle sets and an overhead shower installed. You'd figure with the pending amount of work. The price would lessen... nope, not one penny budged. If its one thing I've learned from this ordeal is that i will not allow Canady to install any more of my sinks.

He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.
