Every time I look at it even more jumps out as clearly wrong and iin many respects- dangerous. If I tried to sell I'd be dropped £100k as it stands. Advice- get a very long bargepole and use it. If you need to involve an insurance company vet their cheap and uncheerful choice of builder. Otherwise it will cost you both arms, both legs, your manhood and 25% of you house value and like mating elephants, be accompanied by a lot of screaming and take 2 years to produce results.
