Otherwise it will cost you both arms, both legs, your manhood and 25% of you house value and like mating elephants, be accompanied by a lot of screaming and take 2 years to produce results. I also asked them to substitute fascias and gutter at the front of the house which were fine but old. There is now a big leak where my gutter joins my neighbor's. On top of that, water leaks IN the house as well. Have tried to contact them to fix the issues but was ignored. Stay away from them as much as possible.
