I contacted Kirsteen about a problem we are having and in her words if she can't find the documentation they didn't do it. This is despite my having a contract signed by a representative of their company and a deposit paid showing on their company forms, details from the council showing their plans and all letters relating to it. She eventually yelled and screamed down the phone at me that talking to me was like banging her head against a brick wall and what was it I couldn't understand, if she said they didn't do it they didn't, after all this yelling she slammed the phone down on me. The previous owner contacted her father, the owner of the company and he remembered installing the conservatory but it doesn't appear that they are going to do anything about it despite the 10 year warranty.
