Nothing worse then getting a new roof and then having to paint the house. Darius made sure we got one that matched the house. They bought out a dumpster on the day they said they would and the work was done in one day and they arrived and completed on the day they said they would. As a landlord and having dealt with a lot of contractors I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up all the debris from when they removed the old roof material. I got a 10-year warranty on the materials as well as a 10 year warranty on the repair. They are a bit higher, not much, than other places, but considering how easy it was to work with them and what you get for the money in the long run it's well worth it. A roof is not something you replace regularly so you want the assurance that the product will last and I'm quite sure it will by going with Bell Roofing.

I was very surprised and thrilled when Keith was able to make it out to the house the same day. He never got on the roof, although it was wet that day so I understand, but he said that he had pegged the issue and would be able to have it fixed within a week. The explanation never quite made sense to me but I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. I followed up after a week when I hadn't heard back and was given a bit of a dismissive reply that it was wet that particular day so they couldn't do anything. I followed up again 2 weeks later when I still hadn't heard anything and didn't get a response until about a month later, but it was too late. In the meantime, I got a quote from another roofer who had gotten onto the roof and found out that there was a bullet that had gone through our roof about halfway up, which was causing the water leak problem. Keith's recommended fix wouldn't have fixed this issue, unfortunately. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that we were pretty much forgotten because we were able to get the issue fixed.

We cannot say enough good things about Peter and his Brother Cornelius who completed a fairly complex install of our fireplace. First let me say I am VERY picky about things and a 5 star review from me is hard to come by so you can trust this review. They had to demo our hearth, then build around our existing flat rock fireplace, then install a Dimplex 60" linear Electric Fireplace, then install the Cultured LedgeStone, which was no easy task due to how the premanufactured stone was milled or cut. Finally install hardwood on the floor where the hearth was. They were clean in their work, courteous and showed up when they said they would. Plus they were very pleasant. They catered to our needs on the this project without question. If you need someone to install a fireplace and or do stone work, etc. and who takes PRIDE in their work and will not stop until it is 100% right....you need to call them for your project TODAY! We were looking to have a backsplash installed in our kitchen with the portion behind the stovetop…read moreto be a different look. It took quite some time to decide what we really wanted, and our kitchen in the home is much smaller than our previous home. In that larger kitchen, a black Uba Tuba granite countertop for the perimeter worked well. In our new home, it made the space smaller. We stopped at 12 Stone based on a recommendation from a neighbor and we saw the quartz used in their showroom and a 2 x 6 glass tile that was complimentary. I decided to replace the perimeter cabinet countertops with this quartz, and have it also be a backsplash except for the area behind the stovetop. I also wanted a waterfall effect and asked it to be mounted vertically. Because it was a glass tile we also requested transparent grout. The tile installer never worked with it before but did a phenomenal job and the quartz & glass tile look awesome. I've attached before and after pictures (the before shows the black granite perimeter countertop). I HIGHLY recommend Luis and his team. They are timely, very neat, and professional, and can do a host of projects, not just kitchens. As renovators, they were also able to pull cabinet trim to properly install the stone, and modify it, and replace it.
