He has always explained what is happening to cause my pain, provides options for treatment, and ensures that I know what I need to do at home to help take care of the issues. The office staff has generally been very good about greeting me when I come through the door. I've not had any issues with any of the staff. I don't feel disrespected or ignored. Overall I'm happy with the care I have received over the years. Dr. Flood is the best doctor I have and I'm grateful to have a doctor that genuinely cares about his patients.

It's a weird strip of offices next to a auto shop on the corner. Looks old. Walking in, I realized this office has probably been here for 30 years...it's old. Could use a renovation. Go back into the patient room....guess what. It's old. Had a foot X-Ray.....yes, the machine looked like it was from the 50's.....old. But, at the heart of it, I went in with a specific problem, and I feel they made a diagnosis quickly and put a treatment plan together. There are a couple of Dr.'s working here, and they probably have 30 years experience each. They know what they're doing. So, if you're looking for a fancy office, this isn't it. They are good guys and know what they're doing.
