Not enough mayo dawg

One of the worst deli experiences I've ever had since living in NY, although this place's outrageous prices and lack of customization basically bars it from being considered a deli at all. I walked in, assuming it was just a regular New York style deli, and ordered three Turkey clubs. The guy, fairly nice, points me to the menu option "the giant club", I say sure and ask to add cheese and for the sandwiches to be hot. He looked confused at first and then I explained and he eventually agreed. In any deli they'll ask you whether you want your sandwich cold or hot, so I expected him to just put it on the grill with the cheese to melt it. I waited a normal amount of time, wait wasn't bad, and then he called me over to pay. My total was SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS for 3 sandwiches. Mind you, the menu has NO prices, and no one in their right mind would expect a deli sandwich to be 19 dollars. When I got home to eat, what I found looked pretty good, but tasted a total mess. The sandwiches were cold and proudly featuring a mound of bone-dry, flavorless turkey piled two and a half inches thick with only a wisp of mayo, altogether an inappropriate amount of sauce for the massive task of being able to swallow the monstrous amount of turkey. It was a huge flavorless waste of space. And knowing I paid 65 dollars for that felt like a punch in the gut. I will never be back. I never give reviews unless I felt truly wronged, and yes I did still tip 20% because I thought he heated up the sandwiches for me, but he didn't so I feel like a chump.

$22 for a wrap. No thank you! That's absolutely ridiculous. My daughter said Whole Foods was better and half the price!

Over priced. Two sandwiches and a wrap for $60. Quality was ok but nothing special for that price.

Love this place!! i work nearby so i frequent this deli when i need lunch or a quick bite. Super…read morereasonably priced, phenomenal food, and nice staff! My all time faves are the home fries and french fries... seriously the best around. i could eat them all day every day. They don't even need a condiment they're that good. i wish their salads came with more dressing, ever since getting the one in the pic attached i always ask for extra dressing bc one little container is definitely not enough. Other than that their sandwhiches (breakfast and lunch) are sooo yummy. i've also gotten a chocolate croissant too that was wonderful! For coffee/latte's they do have dairy free milk options which is always a plus. There's also plenty of snacks to choose from whether it's diff types/flavors of chips, chocolate/candy, yogurt, fruit cup, salads from the deli like potato/macaroni, or a baked goodie. Some reviews previously complained about price... if you go to their website you'll see how inexpensive they really are. Especially for this area!

Nice neighborhood deli with tasty sandwiches. I had the DJ, hubby had one with roast beef, smoked…read morecheese and both were great. Two warnings: 1) there are only a couple of street parking spaces that aren't 15 minutes M-Sat and there are threats of towing if you part in the very large and mostly empty lot behind the deli. 2) The bathroom door doesn't lock. Station a guard outside it if you don't want company. We would stop by again driving through the area (if it's a Sunday and we can find parking).

I don't know how I had never been here before, but we stopped for breakfast there recently and it…read morewas great. It has an old school diner/luncheonette vibe on the inside. We sat at the counter. The staff was friendly. Everyone was working hard and happy to help. The food was filling and delicious. Was this a Michelin star, fine dining restaurant? No. Of course not. It's a dive-y, unassuming breakfast spot, with a slant towards Latin items (think breakfast tacos, huevos rancheros, etc), although they have all the standard breakfast items. The prices are very fair and the food was good, hearty, and simple, with great flavor. For breakfast, this is exactly what I want.

The outside of the building seems to fit the area, old with history. Inside was the same. It was a bit run down, but I was okay with that. The one thing I was surprised about was no one seated you. I didn't know if I should wait or find a seat. No one told me. So I walked over to a table, but It was not clean. The waitress came over and cleaned it with me seated. She tried to take my order, but there was a language barrier. She got her colleague who did an excellent job. However, have must report that the food wasn't at the level to report on. The potato's had Spanish spice which I enjoyed, but outside of that, nothing. After I went to pay and there was some confusion, but it was handled. I walked away very underwhelmed. Maybe I should have tried one of their wraps. Am I talking myself into going back. Well, we will see I guess.
