It was late, I was in a hurry, and it turned out that the location I had purchased them from had done something very wrong when selling me the supplies. Elsi was a champ; she took down my information and promised me she would contact me after the weekend to issue the refund. I had to trust her; I had a flight to catch. She called Monday morning and settled the issue, even though it required escalation and follow-up with her superiors. It is very rare for me to see such integrity and dedication today, much less from someone who had virtually nothing to gain from doing it. Even though I didn't purchase any merchandise from their fully-stocked, exquisitely organised store, I can vouch for the character and ethic of the staff. Bicycle World was the only place that had a rack we could use on our vehicle. I can't speak about anyone except Paul who worked in the back. He was amazing. So helpful! He spent as much time as we needed to get the bike rack on securely, helped us get all the bikes on and even offered to tighten up one of our bikes (even though it was unrelated to the bike rack purchase). She knew I couldn't use the coupon in her DEPT. So why not tell me that, be honest or tell me it's good in "other" dept's. Next, in order to get promotion discount (40% off) I have to download a coupon from Belk app onto my phone and use my credit/rewards card as well. I had in hand a $50.00 gift card that wasn't able to be redeemed towards this purchase. Too many tricks and turns. I'm done with Belk.

The store is kept in a fair condition, in terms of inventory and general floor space. The bathroom is well from my visits as well, not in a terrible state. They have a lot of great household options in the back of the store too, including a lot of great wall art. Overall this store is a great store and worth the stop if you're a fan off what they offer.
