If you are looking to purchase a new rifle or handgun in Johnston County, come and take a look here before you check out a sporting goods store. They will give you great advice and recommendations to fit your needs if you aren't sure what you need (for home defense, hunting, sport shooting...,) and will make you an excellent deal. I came in with a gun to sell and they gave me an even trade for some fine jewelry. (A very fair trade because I had seen the same pieces at a local jeweler and knew what they were worth new) Jewelry: the selection isn't large since the pieces are, of course, unclaimed items that were pawned or sold pre-owned, but pawnshops almost always offer a much better price than your neighborhood jeweler. Check here first and drop in often to see what they have, because it's always changing. Musical instruments: always a very nice selection of guitars. Sporting goods and tools: larger stock than most pawnshops have and worth checking out. Paradise Pawn offers the near-impossible-to-find-nowadays layaway purchase option as well! Always nice if budget is an issue! The employees are wonderful to deal with. This shop is fun just to browse. Highly recommend them.
